Long Waits, Poor Drive-Thru Management, and Line-Skipping Allowed

I’m not going to lie — the food at this Burger King is usually tasty and delicious. Most of the time (about 8 out of 10), the food is fresh and prepared well. But the service and drive-thru management really bring down the entire experience.

Every time we come here, the lines are extremely long, and the wait times are even worse — even for people who place mobile orders through the app. They have two drive-thru windows, yet they consistently only operate one. When you pull up to pay, there will be one person handling payments and several employees standing around, which is frustrating when the line is backed up.

Today’s visit was the worst one yet. My boyfriend and I placed a mobile pickup order around 7:30 PM and went through the drive-thru. There were only four cars ahead of us, but we still ended up waiting until 8:07 PM. When we finally got to the speaker, we let them know we had a mobile order. While we were waiting, a car that had been three cars behind us pulled around and skipped the line entirely. Instead of correcting it, the staff acknowledged him, took his order, took his payment, and gave him his food — all while we were still sitting there as the next car in line.

Allowing someone to skip the line after we had already been waiting almost near 40 minutes was incredibly disrespectful and honestly the last straw. We love the food, but the service needs serious improvement. Until the drive-thru system and customer service are addressed, we won’t be returning.

You DO NOT microwave the bun (top nor bottom), neither condiments (ESPECIALLY the MAYONNAISE!!), nor the lettuce, tomato, or pickle!!

Everything good as expected but really urked by advertising an item they can’t produce, in this case a seasonal cotton candy slushy drink, because their machine was down at fort Jackson, so ended up getting it at BK on Garner’s Ferry Rd. which was good tasting but yeah, food at both locations was good. #REBTD

Pulled into the drive thru for dinner tonight, because I was craving a double whopper with cheese. Their was a slight wait at the drive thru with a few cars pulled to the side waiting for their food. But, the wait time was quicker then I expected. The whopper was delicious and made perfect to my liking. I also tried their new menu option the honey mustard chicken wrap which was good also. Some of the nuggets on the other hand needed to be cooked more. Overall the workers were friendly, and their service was good.

It was the night shift and they only had two people working. It took me about 30 to 40 minutes to get my food, and when I got home there was food missing.
I understand that the two workers did what they could, as there were several people waiting.

Upfront, this restuarant is FILTHY and requires IMMEDIATE CORPORATE/FRANCHISE owners inspection. I walked in with intent to dine in, however, went to the restroom to wash hands. Immediately noticed female employee sleeping on the side table, employees in the back complaining, foor was unsafe with dirt and oil. More concerning was the unsafe, unhygienic condition of the men’s restroom. There was dried urine all along the walls, urinals, and sink. The restroom was filthy and hasn’t been clean in months or a year. The filthy unhygienic condition of this place caused me to walk out and hope that management sees this feedback for action. We would not want a patron to experience bacterial infection that cause severe illness or death. I hope this restaurant cleans up and provides the quality service with adequate employee training and management oversight.

This was the most terrible experience on my life it was 11 am and go to the drivethru window to order and this lady tell me I be right with you,, I respond I need more time this ladro respond on top of her loung
“ I YELL YOU I BE RIGHT WITH YOU””. With so bad actitud go at round and go inside and she was walking out the store talking and speaking on her cell and tell me the store is not even open””. And I said ohh you are the same person just screaming on the speaker, ok said to her is no right to talk customer like that ! uh? And she just said she jus was out the store said I not have time for this today…. Ask for the manager the employ tell me she was, ask for her name to make a complain no body tell me when I leave the store she was outside an the wall speaking on the cell. Looks like that was her problem… ohh. Inside the store was nasty nasty nasty and en the counter right ther in front all types of paper work. A packet of NEW PORT CIGARRETS AND A LIGHTER !!

I came in looking for the DC toys, and the lady was so nice and helpful. I got food of course since I was there anyway. I didn’t get the employees name but she was very sweet. Even told me when to check back to see if they got the toys in at a later date.
