I’m not going to lie — the food at this Burger King is usually tasty and delicious. Most of the time (about 8 out of 10), the food is fresh and prepared well. But the service and drive-thru management really bring down the entire experience.
Every time we come here, the lines are extremely long, and the wait times are even worse — even for people who place mobile orders through the app. They have two drive-thru windows, yet they consistently only operate one. When you pull up to pay, there will be one person handling payments and several employees standing around, which is frustrating when the line is backed up.
Today’s visit was the worst one yet. My boyfriend and I placed a mobile pickup order around 7:30 PM and went through the drive-thru. There were only four cars ahead of us, but we still ended up waiting until 8:07 PM. When we finally got to the speaker, we let them know we had a mobile order. While we were waiting, a car that had been three cars behind us pulled around and skipped the line entirely. Instead of correcting it, the staff acknowledged him, took his order, took his payment, and gave him his food — all while we were still sitting there as the next car in line.
Allowing someone to skip the line after we had already been waiting almost near 40 minutes was incredibly disrespectful and honestly the last straw. We love the food, but the service needs serious improvement. Until the drive-thru system and customer service are addressed, we won’t be returning.

You DO NOT microwave the bun (top nor bottom), neither condiments (ESPECIALLY the MAYONNAISE!!), nor the lettuce, tomato, or pickle!!

I understand that the two workers did what they could, as there were several people waiting.
“ I YELL YOU I BE RIGHT WITH YOU””. With so bad actitud go at round and go inside and she was walking out the store talking and speaking on her cell and tell me the store is not even open””. And I said ohh you are the same person just screaming on the speaker, ok said to her is no right to talk customer like that ! uh? And she just said she jus was out the store said I not have time for this today…. Ask for the manager the employ tell me she was, ask for her name to make a complain no body tell me when I leave the store she was outside an the wall speaking on the cell. Looks like that was her problem… ohh. Inside the store was nasty nasty nasty and en the counter right ther in front all types of paper work. A packet of NEW PORT CIGARRETS AND A LIGHTER !!
