I was so excited to find a place with Brisket, but was instantly disappointed. I ordered the meat platter with Brisket, beans and slaw. Instead of getting tender juicy Brisket slices like advertised, I received this absolutely horrible dry pulled meat slathered in sweet BBQ sauce. If this is what they are trying to pass off as Brisket, they are not only false advertising with their product images, but apparently have no concept of Brisket. It was basically inedible.
The beans were dry and had no sauce or moisture like the images showed. For 25$ it’s an absolute joke and insane they even attempt to charge that ridiculous price. The pulled pork was at least tasteful, juicy and tender.
The mac & cheese had almost no sauce, unlike the product image, but was cold and tasted like chemicals. This place and food was a total disgrace. I will never eat at this restaurant again or any of its chains if it has any. Honestly, the way the mac and cheese tasted, they should be reported to the FDA, as there is no way any food should ever taste like that.

The food was absolutely amazing. I got the brisket Mac and cheese bowl. The brisket was tender and full of flavor. The bbq sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and tangy and went well with the brisket and the Mac and cheese! The coleslaw was also amazing. My friend got pulled pork Mac and cheese bowl and absolutely loved it also! The girl and the counter was nice and helpful. I’m not a cigar smoker and it is within a cigar shop so I knew what to expect just don’t like the smell of cigars. On a nicer day I wouldn’t mind sitting outside but for now I’ll just do what I did today and get Togo. Prices were reasonable for the portions you receive as well! 9.9/10 (no such thing as a perfect score) would recommend to everyone!!!!!

FINALLY great BBQ in Easton. These guys nail it. I’ve been all over, KC to Dallas, Chicago to SC and this is up there with the best. The homemade sauce is fantastic. The brisket is moist, not greasy. Pulled pork’s was perfect. The smoke is perfect.
Also, the best wings in the Lehigh Valley. I went with the dry rub version. PLUS… The beans were AMAZING. No one does good BBQ beans. YGP’d knocked it out of the park. Haven’t had beans that good since Smokestack in Kansas City.
The only person who won’t like this place is my cardiologist. And screw him. I’m ordering more! Do yourself a favor and get porked. Just remember to order some of their sauce. You’ll want more.

Wow! This is some of the best bbq I’ve ever eaten! The brisket and pulled chicken were flavorful and delicious without the sauce, but I also enjoyed their bbq sauce and especially loved the white sauce with the chicken. Mac and cheese and pickle slaw were so good too. I ate from their food truck at Forks Township’s Truck and Trivia event. It was their largest trivia event of the year, so understandably business was booming at the only truck there, but the staff could have done better about communicating their challenges to patrons in line. (For example, they would close the window without saying anything for 20-30 minutes at a stretch. I understand you want to catch up on putting out orders, but maybe just say something or bring an extra staff member in the future. Most trucks I’ve purchased from at this event have 3-4 staff, but it looked like there were only 2 in this truck that night.) That being said, the food was so tasty and reasonably priced, I’d stand in line for it again!

115 people at our home party raved about the food!!! So incredibly delicious! We are BBQ lovers and we can’t wait to have you cater our next event in August! We enjoyed the prime brisket (to die for!), pulled pork, pulled smoked chicken, Mac & cheese, beans and pickle slaw (soooooo delicious!). Everything was amazing! Delivered and set up right on time. No mess and pans were hot and ready to serve! Great portion sizes and fair prices! Highly recommend!!

I ordered catering for a birthday party and I would highly recommend to anyone!! First, I screwed up and was late to pickup my order, not realizing he came in just for me on a Sunday. He was so understanding and helpful. To top it off, the pulled pork was unbelievable and a hit at the party. Thank you for everything!! We will be back and will be recommending to our family and friends.

All you have to do is look at the food for a few minutes until it sinks it that it is completely nasty. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog let alone people. This place is nasty!!! Services sucks and the atmosphere is moot to discuss.- Eat elsewhere

Ordered brisket and pulled pork for my family Christmas get together. Everything was amazing but the Brisket was the star of the show. Some family will be ordering more soon!! It was awesome!! And the staff is the best. Customer service was top notch. Actually ill be ordering more thia weekend!!!
