I got the Valentine’s Day pizza excited to see how it’s going to look! Well, the photo explains it all. The pizza didn’t taste like pizza hut at all. Staff looked like they didn’t want to be there. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back again.

I see a lot of negative reviews, however, I had an amazing experience. The call center incorrectly took my order for a Veggie Lover Pan Pizza and asked additional special instructions with pineapple on the side. I picked up the pizza and when I brought it home, my mom told me this isn’t correct. I went back to the store and let Miguel and Shawn know the situation and without question, they made me another pizza within 10 minutes. The pizza was fresh and delicious. I’ve never had this amount of toppings on a pizza. Miguel and Shawn were great and I appreciate their professionalism and how quickly they were able to help me with my situation.

New store, person on the phone had a difficult time explaining to me where the store is located. Easy, the old ShopRite on Rt. 9 N. in Old Bridge.

I walked into the restroom( combo mens & women’s) and found what you see in the photos. Two employees on duty, not busy, no toilet paper in either spot, toilet seat was disgusting. It appears that it hasn’t been cleaned in days, if not longer.
The pizza was what it was, typical Pizza Hut .
As far as cleanliness, well….. I won’t return.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! The whole point of delivery is to be able to stay at home and enjoy the food. So why did I have to get up and drive back to the store to get my 20 Oz Pepsi zero that I paid $5 extra to get delivered to me??
As a business who does delivery through third party apps, you should understand the important of making sure the driver gets the full order. The driver told me that no one at the store handed him a drink or told him to retrieve a drink. When I called, a guy picked up saying “we have a fridge near the door, he’s supposed to grab your drink”. Are you serious? That’s what your response is to me? On top of that our pizzas weren’t cooked properly and was impossible to pull apart the slices. Horribly cut pizza. If the owner is reading this, tell your employees to hand the drinks to the uber drivers.

Management is horrid. Miguel shouldn’t run a hot dog truck and Kayla the girl on the phone is rude and completely lacks in customer service. Between them both that’s why it’s a 2.7 on google and a failing business. It’s really ashame because people were excited about pizza hut untill the horrid food and customer service

I ordered 2 pizzas and one was messed with/ tampered with. It was a regular cheese with stuffed crust and the cheese was ripped off the pie. Like, cooked with cheese and then scraped off. I can’t post a picture but if you need just give me an email to send it to. Idk who was working last night at 11 (Dec 12th( but they need to get fired lol.

They actually got more wrong with my order than right with it, which was honestly impressive. I’ve always loved Pizza Hut, but this isn’t Pizza Hut. It’s a franchise selling unrecognizable, inedible, cardboard crap in Pizza Hut boxes. Even the breadsticks are totally wrong. Tasted absolutely disgusting.

The place was super clean. Pizza dough was FRESH. I haven’t had Pizza Hut like that in a while. I ordered over the phone before the store closed and the manager was nice enough to accommodate. Not sure why the other ratings are so harsh but I think Dominoes is not real pizza no matter where you go and there is no comparison.
If you’re a Pizza Hut fan like me, you won’t be disappointed. Wish I took a picture but we inhaled the pizza because it was so good.
P.S I have worked at Pizza Hut before, and I can tell you that it’s better to put a pick up time and estimate 15 min waiting so you get your pizza fresh rather than it sit in an oven bag from the time you order it till you pick up for your party!

I have gotten pizza from this location twice so far. I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall management & customer service experience I have had both times. The first time I was picking up (delivery was unavailable still) & there were three young adults/teens working the front area…swamped, with no manager in site. The one young lady who was taking the pizza from the oven had no gloves on and handling food. Big red flag.
Tonight I called the Pizza Hut after having a scheduled delivery for 6:30 pm which was pushed to 6:44 pm then to 6:58 pm. When I got a hold of the restaurant the girl on the phone put me on hold with no response to my concern of delivery I the next girl answered the phone with a “yep.”
I feel this is a management quality concern over who is actually training/overseeing their staff. As I have been in managerial positions in franchises since I was 18 years old myself.
