In the menu photo, the pizza is topped with veggies, but when I received it, there were no veggies on top—only a small amount hidden inside the pizza.
It felt disappointing, and at first I thought I had ordered the wrong item. I was expecting fresh veggie toppings like in the photo, but it was completely different.

I recently visited Uno Pizzeria & Grill, and I have to say the experience was genuinely impressive. The food itself was pretty solid and enjoyable, but what truly made this visit stand out was the exceptional customer service we received.
Our server was super friendly, very outgoing, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. She checked on us often, made sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a positive attitude that made us feel welcome the entire time. It’s rare to see a server who cares that much about making every detail right, and her energy really stood out. You could tell she took pride in her job and truly wanted us to have a great experience.
Beyond the service, the restaurant atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed, and our order came out at the right pace — not rushed, not delayed. It felt like they really value their guests, not just push food out.
Overall, I highly recommend this place, especially if you appreciate great customer service. The food was good, but the service took everything to the next level. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back, knowing there are people who actually care about their customers. A very positive and memorable visit!

Had the pleasure of dining here a couple days ago. The server Denisa was quick and very attentive an and the bartender Arsida made great recommendations and amazing cocktails. Overall a positive experience.

A place that seats over 55 people and we were one out of three customers. It took 50+ minutes to get our food – which did not come out at the same time. Fries tasted like they were warmed up in a microwave. The pizza – OMG! It was nothing but salty and horrible “Chicago” style cheese. I had to ask for my food three times because no one came to the table to voluntarily update us. Literally only one cook in the back – so I understand the issues here, but why are you open if you don’t have customers and the food is horrible? We also had a burger that tasted like a public school lunch. The bun tasted like cardboard. The ONLY reason why I gave it any stars is because the strawberry lemonade was super good!

Went to a birthday party recently here with friends, and the place was small inside of a hotel just off the express way. Place seems great for sports due to the giant TVs but seemed really empty. I ordered the small Chicago meat market. It sounded better on the menu than it tasted. Mine came out 1st while everyone watched me eat. I’ve had Chicago deep dish in other parts of Michigan before, and one was a lot smaller than the typical size. The pizza looked amazing, but the flavors were exactly there. 1. The pizza wasn’t hot. It tasted like it was microwaved. 2. Some people at our party said their pizza tasted like metal. Service was ok but very empty. Great space, but the food definitely lacked on being hot, and a few did feel sick from the pizza. Mine wasn’t as bad as theirs, but I expected better food wise.

Ordered two large pizzas for takeout and was really disappointed. They looked great, but the dough was undercooked and not enjoyable. We were told they’d be ready in 20 minutes, but when we arrived, they said “it should be out soon,” and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes. Between the wait and the quality, I don’t think this place is for me.

Fast and tasted great with nice staff and a clean environment. Only gripe was the pizza was cold and i asked for triple the pepperoni but i think i got the normal amount but idk on the pepperoni thing. It was still good but I was looking forward to some stretching mozzarella pulling. That was my only and small disappointment everything was great. Will come again!

Tonight I had a great experience it was an amazing atmosphere at Unos the food was amazing service was even better thanks to Arsida and Denise. Sheikh and gigi were amazing they helped us with everything we needed throughout our stay there. We were a big group and the staff handled everything perfectly.

I wasn’t planning to eat here originally.. I was invited by the recruiter who flew me in for an interview. We were both staying at the Delta Hotel, and since the restaurant is right in the hotel and just around the corner from the company I was interviewing with, it was a convenient spot for dinner.
Even though it’s primarily a bar, they have a full food menu. I ordered the salmon. it was good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but definitely satisfying for a hotel bar.
The vibe was what really made the experience. The bartender was super friendly and helpful. The music was a nice touch, and the dim lighting gave it a relaxed feel. There were people there, but it wasn’t too crowded or noisy.. just the right energy.
Drinks were strong, in a good way. I had a Moscow Mule with lemon instead of lime (I’m particular about that), and it was actually really good.. not too sweet and well balanced. Definitely felt like you were getting your money’s worth.
Overall, it was a pleasant surprise. I’d absolutely go back, even if I wasn’t staying at the hotel.

Had a Filet made by Fidel. It was amazing. Seasoned perfectly and cooked exactly how I requested. 100% recommendation. Def coming back. Arsida was a great bartender who made sure everything worked out well for the evening. Again, will be returning.
