Papa Johns Pizza is for takeaway pizza or delivery, the service is friendly and fast, they open till late and the pizza is okayish for junk food. Prices reasonable and they have a big variety. Recommend it!

Ordered from this location a few times. This location sometimes messes up your order, and when you have them correct it or remake it there’s always an issue. Plus if you order pizza with extra toppings the skimp out on the amount. Why are the rationing out on the toppings you’re paying for? I think I counted 10 whole pepperoni on my pizza. Avoid this location at all cost.

I’ve ordered a few times for pick-up from this location using the app and never had a problem. They prepare the food quickly, their efficiency is satisfactory. The food quality has been good, what I’d expect for a chain pizza brand. The plexiglass window inside and small standing room don’t provide the most welcoming atmosphere, but picking up usually only takes a few minutes (unless someone in front of you is slowly placing an order unsure of which toppings they want – lol it has happened).

Poor customer service they use third-party vendors to deliver your food and then God knows how long the food has been sitting out full quality I’m pretty sure it’s poor they make excuses for what they can’t do and everything and when you talk to the people they’re not precise and direct and what they’re talking about and they halfway don’t even know how to talk to people and they don’t even speak correctly English and a language barrier is very hard to understand And communication skills professionalism is not even priority and also when it comes to collect the money it’s hard for them to know the address and location of where people are because they’re using outdated GPS is and also they claims that they tell the drivers information regarding the orders and they claim that they’ve been using these DoorDash people for a very long time And this is partly why distortion shouldn’t even be around and they can’t serve people whoever the owner of this store is is going to get a letter from me eventually if these people do not straighten up the act if they can’t serve the community if they can be for Community And they can probably serve our people then somebody needs to be held accountable to this regardless of who fails and doesn’t doesn’t make no sense because people starving from food out here and while people should be in business and making money doesn’t make no sense to me it is totally obsolete this business needs to get straightened out recommended Violating they make a person scared to want to eat from this place cause they take too long to care for their owners and also their customers

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
I have ordered from this location three times and have yet to receive an accurate order.
The first time they left off a topping. We didn’t complain just ate it and chocked it up to them being busy.
The second time we ordered pizza and buffalo wings. When we got home we found out the buffalo wings were barbeque wings instead. We called to tell them we got the wrong type of wings. They offered to put a coupon on our phone number to make it right and the next time we called in we would get a free buffalo wing order.
The third time we call in for delivery, tell them we are supposed to have a ‘make it right coupon’ on our phone number. After a few minutes they figure it out, and we put in an order for wings and another pizza to go with it. The driver shows up and only hands me a box of pizza. I ask where our wings are that we ordered. She tells me there is no wings on the order and I’ll have to call them to get it fixed. I call them back and talk to Willis. I tell him that I didn’t receive my wings and how they were supposed to be comped for the last mistaken order. Also, I look at the pizza and see that the half that is supposed to be pepperoni has TWO pieces of pepperoni on an extra large pizza! He tells me he can’t see it, I ask him to ask for the other person that took my order. He argues with me for a few minutes and finally tells me he can give me wings, but I’ll have to pay the delivery fee again. I explain how crazy it is to pay the delivery fee on something that I already paid the delivery fee on. I ask to speak with the manager and he tells me he is the manager. He keeps saying there is no way to do it without charging the delivery fee. At this point I give up. The staff at this Papa John’s is okay with getting paid for a product and not providing that product. I’m done with Papa John’s, there is a Pizza Hut and a mom and pop place right next to our house that I have never had a problem with.

I give this store 1/5 stars because im an expecting mother so this was my craving i ordered off of Uber eats I paid $24 for a 10 inch pizza just for employees not to make my food correctly Uber eats or the store failed to help me so I was stuck eating a incorrect made pizza

Do not order from this locations. The past two times I’ve ordered they say “I don’t know who picked it up” and I never get my food. Then they don’t refund me and just keep me on hold. BEWARE!!!!!!!
