The food here is aesthetically pleasing and also tastes really delicious. The service is great, very nice staff. I love Mimi. She is very outgoing and good with giving recommendations. It’s also not too busy in the beginning of the week, so if you want to go and have some peace it’s good.

I had such a great time at Umi 2 Sushi that I had to leave a review. The quality of the food here is truly outstanding—everything from the fish to the rolls tasted incredibly fresh, clean, and expertly prepared. You can really tell they care about their ingredients.

A huge shoutout to Mimi, the owner, who is always so warm and welcoming. She creates such a comfortable atmosphere and clearly takes pride in running a place that feels both inviting and high-quality. And Sam, our server, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and super knowledgeable about the menu. She made the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for delicious sushi, great service, and a place that consistently delivers, Umi 2 Sushi is absolutely worth visiting! I’ll definitely be coming back. ✨

Had a great time here! Nice atmosphere and the staff was very kind and took plates/gave refills quickly. They even decorated for the holidays, which was great to see.

I ordered the lunch set chicken katsu (donburi) and some agedashi tofu. Everything was wonderful, and for $20 I still had plenty of food to take home with me once I left.

Overall will definitely be back when I’m in the area for work, would highly recommend!

It’s a very nice and comfortable place to dine in to, the waitresses are all lovely people and nice to talk to especially Zoey. Food looks good and delicious as well as taste great. A place I can recommend and bring friends to whenever I wanna go to eat. I did forget to take a picture before starting to eat but that’s how good everything is and look.

I ordered smoked salmon as a part of my order five separate times for pick up And three times I’ve received raw salmon instead. After the second time, I decided to add a note to my order stating that it needs to be smoked only because of the previous mistakes. One time not even the three pieces that are supposed to be included. I got two pieces of raw salmon. Usually DoorDash refunds me but today Today I decide to call and speak with the owner who was unhelpful and a bit rude.She had the nerve to try to convince me that I don’t know the difference between a cooked piece of meat and a raw piece of meat. Customer service is ridiculous. I offered to bring it back, she refused to refund even though I’m able to submit photos as proof. She basically said “our smoked salmon is not smoked”, which makes no sense. Salmon sushi is the only sushi I eat. If I had never seen a piece of raw meat in my life I would know the difference between raw and smoked side-by-side, obviously the owner does not, they look feel and taste different. Also, thankfully, I never ordered raw salmon from here because the quality of the meat was terrible. It was slimy and fell apart when I poked it like it was glued together, not good quality. the two times they got my order right and actually smoked it that probably masked the true quality of the meat. Attached is the photo of the cooked/“smoked”salmon I received. Most of the bad reviews for this restaurant are from pick ups or takeout orders. I strongly believe if I had an issue while dining in the owner would try to convince me the sky is green and the grass is blue “no refund” I’ll be doing a charge back.

Everything was amazing. Phoenix greeted us the moment we stepped into the establishment and was so kind from the beginning until the end. Now The Big Moment by far was RIKO!!! I’ve had pretty amazing hibachi experiences but this one was my favorite! I took my nieces out to enjoy themselves and they enjoyed EVERY MINUTE!!! Riko kept them engaged the entire time. I won’t change a thing about our experience. I’ll be back in town next week and I’ll be back with a bigger group!!! Thank you again Riko!

Hibachi is misleading. There’s even a pic in the Google Maps listing of a Hibachi chef in front of amused customers. This isn’t available here – it’s not even set up for it.
They aren’t supporting the new wait staff. The place is near empty and they’re just letting this kid sink or swim. I passed the cooler on the way in. Saw the Perrier, and ordered one. Deer in the headlights. I point to the cooler – no good. I tell him green and the shelf it’s on. He asks if it’s the lemonade, which is the standing next to the Perrier. I ended up walking over and handing it to him. Okay, not a born server, but where is the adult supervision? Just standing around letting him struggle.
Then there’s sign when you see the front door:
“3% surcharge for credit cards, but not for debit cards.”
So I pay with debit and tell him it’s a debit card. He says okay, runs it, comes back with a 3% surcharge. I go and explain the issues. Moose in the Alaska road, about to get hit by a car. Then I tell him again. So he shows me the GUI and there’s only a button for credit. ‍♂️ I tell him it’s not his fault, but the sign is a lie and they need to fix it. So are they not training these guys, not running the right software, or not updating their signage ..why not all three.
Please,. management, do better.

Umi 2 Sushi and Hibachi never disappoints! The food is beautifully presented — every plate looks like a work of art. Not only does everything look amazing, but the taste is just as impressive. You can truly tell the ingredients are fresh, and every bite is full of flavor. The quality, care, and consistency make this place a must-visit. Highly recommend!
