The café in the Mass MoCA is a nice place to take a break from the wonderful museum with its exposed brick walls and bright, high windows. I would give full marks for the space and museum, but this rating is for the food.
The Senegalese chicken soup was mushy and salty—similar to what you’d get out of a can. The quiche wasn’t bad, though it was quite a small portion for what they’re charging. The lemonade I got had only a faint lemon flavor. I saw on the website that Lickety Split started with ice cream. Next time I visit, I’ll order ice cream instead.

My go-to spot when I’m in North Adams. I always make sure to stop by Lickety for breakfast or lunch. If ordering breakfast, their blueberry muffin (ask for it grilled) is one of the best I’ve ever had. For lunch, their quiche (which is very cheese heavy style), soup, or burrito is my go-to. Also, can’t forget to mention their ice cream that they make onsite. It’s so much creamier rather than sugary. I compare all ice cream to theirs, they’ve set the standard for me.

Mexican burrito was flavorless. Shouldn’t be served with cheap lays chips. I think there was suppose to be a side of house fried tortilla chips and sour cream, I got none of those. Ordered soup at the counter, it apparently wasn’t entered and had to wait for that. Didn’t get a receipt so I don’t know if I was double charged when I paid for soup again. One person taking orders is crazy. Definitely not organized. Over 50 dollars for lunch for two. Never again.

Surprisingly delicious food and fair prices (bordering on shockingly so in this age of inflation). We went twice – once for snacks at a concert, and once the next morning for breakfast. Mozerella sticks were outstanding; same for quiche and salad (the dressing was homemade and superb). In the morning the family got an assortment of breakfast bowls, quesadillas and burritos. All were excellent; this is good food made by people who care about their ingredients and their product. A rarity these days.

Awesome spot for breakfast. A bit surprised that museum cafe food would be good but it was. We were there for two days and came here both mornings

Really disappointing food for a captive audience. Had the saddest slice of quiche which appeared to have no eggs, just a soggy crust with burnt cheese on top. Burrito was passable but not for 15.

Best breakfast deal in town.. it is hot. Too hot ,slow down, but you can’t potatoes eggs perfectly runny it’s still sizzling. Go ahead, burn yourself. You just spent 3 hours reliving someone’s poor decisions, maybe your own . What’s a little more pain.
