We dined there opening night and had a fabulous experience! The staff were wonderful, the food and cocktails were amazing!
We started out with cocktails, the fried deviled eggs and flatbread followed by the burger, Mac and cheese, pork chop and chicken entrees, all of them were cooked to perfection and delicious!!
For dessert we sampled the bread pudding and chocolate torte, so decadent!
Highly recommend Jet’s!!

This place is HANDS DOWN the best restaurant in Vermont! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. The drinks are next level and the owners are just incredible. You honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu!

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal Saturday night. We had the New England Clam Chowder, Fried Cheese Curds w/Dill-Ranch dip as apps; the Wild Mushroom Medley over Cheese Grits, and Bacon Jam-Pimento Burger for mains, and shared the Flourless Chocolate Torte for dessert. All the food was excellent. Service was prompt and pleasant! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Jet’s! I have been in for two dinners and a few more times for a quick drink and app at the bar. For entrees I have tried their braised lamb shank and burger both of which were cooked to perfection. Some of the best lamb I ever had! Great staff and friendly welcoming environment! Nice selection of appetizers as well for nibbles at the bar or with dinner. Highly recommend their Chili with Jalapeño cornbread – amazing mix of sweet and spicy flavors.
The bar has great liquor choices and I was very happy to see Hill Farmstead’s Edward on tap.

The lemon cocktail was so good! Had the burger and baked goat cheese! The goat cheese dish had some kick to it but it was absolutely delicious!
