The employee working the drive-thru tonight (01/30/2026) was very unprofessional and rude while taking our order. She seemed completely disinterested, had her AirPods in, and acted like we were a burden for coming through. It made for an uncomfortable experience, especially because she said “you’re just going to have to pull around I don’t have any” when we asked for an order of crazy bread. We won’t be returning to this location and will go to the JC location instead.

Ordered via app, the deep dish pizza was ready when expected. The breadsticks seemed old or over cooked and lacked any garlic butter.

I went to this little Caesar’s about a week ago and they said they were out of pizzas. Which I understand, things get busy I just went somewhere else. Well, I just got them today, and it was definitely the best little Caesar’s I’ve had in a while! It wasn’t overly greasy, it wasn’t burnt, the toppings were spread evenly and all the toppings had a generous amount. Whoever the new hires are, they are doing a great job!

Ordered a pepperoni cheese bread and they said it would be fifteen minutes so we waited in the parking lot. When we drove thru after twenty minutes they had not even started our order yet. It was not because they had too many orders it was because the person making the pizza had a few other things to do. Have to say though Manager did comp. Us a second one for our troubles.

Raw gooey pizza! Several times we received a raw pizza from this location. It’s sad when I have to turn the oven on when my husband says he’s grabbing a pizza from little caesars. This time I was fed up and went back and they advised they wanted the pizza back as if I was lying about a $6.06 pizza. I’m done going here I’ll just grab a frozen pizza from food city as I got to cook it either way.

I love little Ceasars always have but what they brought me yesterday was a catastrophe, we ordered acouple of pizzas and deep dishes the deep dishes were so burnt and not fresh I tried to return it. The guy at the window told me he was the manager around 9:30 wich I don’t believe and he says it was Door- dashes fault for placing the order, when it is your alls fault for making the pizzas, I tried requesting for a redo and he says he couldn’t. I hope this goes to a higher person so you all can fire him. He burnt the deep dish and didn’t want to remake it. If I could give a half a star I would. Have a good day.
