You know all the things you wish Chipotle did, but they never do? Well, Panchero’s does them all perfectly. Staff welcoming you gladly into their store, portions served with measuring cups for accuracy, and fresh ingredients that were all actually available. We went on opening day during the dinner rush, and they had ALL food fully stocked. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been to other fast casual Mexican places in the area and they’re constantly out of meat, veggies, cheese, etc. I first went to a Panchero’s years ago in Iowa and remember it being incredible, so I had really high expectations for this location. It absolutely lived up to my memory of it. The staff members were amazing, friendly, and attentive. One of the part owners was even going around to give above and beyond service. I was so impressed with everything, and can’t wait to eat here again.

Waited about 30 min opening day, the owner was a tad rude when she asked what my name was and then just looked at me like she was confused? I get that they were really busy, but it seems like there’s a lot of chaos and things were out of order.
Update on food: the burrito I ordered really wasn’t good. The peppers weren’t cooked, onions were pretty much raw. By the time we got home the food was already cold. Chicken was good however. The best part about the food was the chips and queso. Probably won’t be back sadly.

Pros- good price, good tastes, nice tortillas, staff was nice.
Cons – veggies were still quite raw I like mine well cooked so had to take them out. Had almost a whole third of a bell pepper chunk in 1 burrito (I get wanting to bulk it with non protein for profit but daaaaaang), only cilantro lime rice available and …I hate cilantro so couldn’t get rice.
Would get again but PERSONALLY myself stay away from any of the veggies next time. Thanks Pancheros!

Kind of like chipotle but much better. Very friendly staff even when we showed up three minutes before closing. To our surprise, the food was still very hot and seemed fresh. Seems like a great place for healthy mexican, if that’s even a thing. And they make fresh tortillas on site.

So so so so good. It’s like Chipotle but better. I did a bowl with double chicken, rice black beans pico jalapeños and verde salsa. It was amazing the jalapeños are fresh the salsa and pico is fresher and it was a very solid portion. Perfect lunch spot. I couldn’t recommend it more. The staff was friendly the venue is brand new! I couldn’t recommend it more.

We went opening weekend. While we had a wait, it was not long at all. We realize the wait was because everyone was figuring out how to order the first time. The staff was great! Even with a line out the door and multiple mobile orders, they were on top of it. The burrito was heavy with toppings! I had the tofu, and it had a great spice to it. They do not have an advertised kids menu, but they do have a kids quesadilla with just cheese. It looks like it half of the size of a regular quesadilla. For the price difference, if you have two kids, just order the full quesadilla (4.15 for the kids quesadilla with just cheese vs. 7.25 with protein.) I do wish they had the option to grill the burrito. You can tell the difference of the fresh tortilla. I love the blue chips and the white queso. We will be returning. )

You would think if you ordered on the app, you would get your food on time. I waited two hours, while they served people in line. The wait time was over 1.5 hours. We went and the lady said we had to wait until our pick up time, fine. We did errands and came back and got to the pick up window and then proceeded to say “next time come inside and get it. You chose pick up inside not window.” And the bag on the bottom was SOAKED with who knows what.

Just had my first meal tonight from Pancheros!! Ordered online and picked up in store. Excellent packaging and food was amazing. Acknowledgment by store personnel was a plus at pick up. This restaurant should do very well. Highly recommend!!!! ♥️♥️♥️

Good food and service even though they were busy. Fresh pressed tortillas were very good. It was noisy in the restaurant which made it a challenge to hear the questions that were being asked by the workers. There is a drive through window on the side to pick up food ordered in the app
