Prices have climbed… but it’s the same good food good service. It’s always a super quick in & out. They have a drive thru, and order ahead options, but I prefer to just stop and walk in. Its always that fast. And I have never had a single qualm within of the employees at this location. They are never less than on top of it.

I always come here. Today I ordered beef and broccoli and string bean chicken breast. When I got to my office to to eat I realized they put a couple of chicken breast and beef on top of orange chicken. I didn’t order orange chicken. They did this to make it look full. Why would you place what I ordered on top of orange chicken. And only put one or two pieces of beef and chicken to make order look full. Not acceptable. I will no longer give yall my business. I can go to jade cafe and actually get what I ordered.

Called in around 10:05 pm to check if they got fried rice. Antonio answered the call and ensured he will make fresh order of fried rice by the time I arrive. When I arrived I got two large orders of fried rice pipping hot. Antonio was awesome and with great customer service.

I recently ordered uber eats from them because it got too late for me to cook when I got home. I was enjoying my food until I realized that they took a scoop of rice and placed it in the second meat choice section and put a tiny amount of beef and broccoli over it to seem like more. Like cmon man I’m paying for my food for you to do that to me! The whole section should have been my meat choice! If you didn’t have any the least you could have done was add more of the other meat and place a note saying you ran out! Not cheat me with filler rice. So disappointed

HORRIBLE SERVICE & HORRIBLE FOOD QUALITY…STAY AWAY!!!
The first woman that asked to help me quickly brushed me off to another to answer my food questions. The second server seemed like I was a bother.
I ordered the Beijing Beef with brown rice…it was fine, but a bit light on the sauce, as far as volume.
My wife, her VERY FIRST TIME TO EVER GET FOOD HERE, ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken. The pretty picture on the website menu shows beautiful white meat chicken breast sliced so nicely…what my wife received was GRISLY, FATTY, GREASY, DISGUSTING LOOKING dark meat chicken. The parts of the chicken they served on my wife’s order were the parts of the chicken normally reserved for making PET FOOD! Normal people do not eat the disgusting parts of animals like this!
There were a scant few pieces of dark meat chicken that we were able to cut out (salvage) from the gristle pile, but…
A. It wasn’t enough meat to make a decent meal portion.
B. She doesn’t like dark meat.
C. The Panda Express website shows white meat chicken.

My order was not correct out of all the food the forgot to give my 5yr old daughter food. I was disappointed because I bought it on my way to my family members house and it’s like 30 minutes away so I was not going to go back for it. I had to go to another one close by and buy her another one inconvenient for me. Not happy with having to buy another one when the other one is payed for.

TERRIBLE service here. I placed a catering order at this location and the employee confirmed the time it would be ready over the phone. I get there to pick it up and they say that the order will not be ready for another 1.5 hours due of the lack of communication amongst their own staff. Instead of trying to make it right and take accountability the manager, Gary, says “Either you wait 45 min for the food or take a refund.” They showed no care or desire to make it right. Instead, he made it sound like he was doing a favor by cooking the food for me. I could’ve overlooked the mistake if any concern was shown but just because of Gary’s poor attitude and customer service I, nor my office staff, will be returning to this location.

I ordered through the app and the pick up time said it would be ready at 10:10 PM. I got there at 10:07 PM and by the time I got to the window, it was 1010 and they told me they didn’t have the order in to go back around so I’ll go back around and I order an extra eggroll and the second time around. I didn’t get the extra eggroll so I had to go back a third time to get my order right. Customer service is good though, but It was a horrible experience to be honest.
