This Taco Bell is hands down by far the worst Taco Bell in the whole of the northern part of the state. The employment needs a complete overhaul. The restaurant seems to lack proper management to care about the restaurant and the customers. I have not stopped until today because again like today the employees claim to have a problem that conveniently prevents them from doing their job and would allow them to sit in the lobby while customers circle the building confused about if the speaker box is broke why would we have to come inside and why would we would not be able to give our order threw the window. Complete laziness as I sit and give this review looking at the employees with a headset on their head none the less sit in the dining room laughing with each other.

This review is solely based off my experience today at the drive-through around 2 PM . I went through the drive-through. The drive-through time was pretty pretty good. I spent about $32 off three kids meals, two tacos and a nacho fry box deluxe. I had requested the Doritos Locos taco supreme And the beefy layer to add rice and extra nacho cheese. I drove up, met up with a girl at the window, got my food . Just as I was driving home, I opened up my box cause I was so eager to eat my food to notice. My fries were extremely cold not only cold, but shriveled up. I don’t think those things have seen some heat in a while . First of all, they’re are hold times Extremely advise the store manager or shift leads That they need to educate their employees on hold And the importance of it due to quality and health hazards. Also, when I got back home, and finally got to dig into my beefy And my Doritos Locos taco Doritos Locos taco Was not supreme, so I was upcharged for absolutely no reason. Also, my burrito was full of beans and rice. There was hardly any nacho cheese. So again, I was overcharged for something that I did not receive. For a business that is licensed through Taco Bell I expect a lot more. No wonder people drive to Hazelgreen Or the hood in North Huntsville To get Taco Bell, because boy The incompetence, The quality Accuracy is so much better that it’s worth driving 10 miles than two in our local Meridianville Taco Bell/KFC . This is left so that the Store Manager and the Store Manager leads educate their employees and train them better.

Got an order from KFC for my wife and one fron Taco Bell for me and both were wrong. My wives was completely the wrong food where as mine had been made entirely incorrectly. Wouldnt reccomend really.

Overpriced… I got a $10 meal and the 2 whole tocos I got were literally half full. I think this is petty to treat people like this. I went through the drive through and had no interaction with the employees and I was still retaliated against just for being a honest customer. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND A SINGLE DOLLAR AT THIS BUSINESS!

I ordered a $20 double mash 7 piece meal and when I got home I realized they forgot 3 of my pieces of chicken. I tried to call 3 times with no answer. I can’t believe they forgot almost HALF of my chicken and don’t even answer their phone. They need to do better…

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! We waited 27 minutes to get our food. Most of the food was undercooked, soggy, or old. Rice was crunchy and crunchy tacos were stale and taste like they were left on the floor. I wouldn’t even feed this to my pets.

I ordered a deluxe box and didn’t get my chalupa or cinnamon twist, also ordered a few other things and didn’t get my gordita crunch or my other chalupa. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all, take the extra few minutes and go to the Hazel Green taco bell.
