Very disappointing experience.
I ordered the KFC Combo 7 based on the menu photo, and what I received looks nothing like what is being advertised. The chicken was much smaller, poorly presented, and clearly lower quality.
I asked for a replacement and was told that “they all come like this”. That response is unacceptable. If this is how the product actually looks, then the menu should reflect that, not something completely different.
This goes beyond an illustrative photo — it feels like misleading advertising, combined with poor product quality and customer service.
Very bad experience. I do not recommend this location.

This is definitely the worst taco bell which is a shame bc its the only one in a 9 mile radius of my house. They have no compatibility with the app, rarely have the new items on time, and they also charge $5 more than any other taco bell I’ve been to in the area for their box combos. Also quality isnt always great. Kind of a shame.

I mean seriously how many times r these people gonna get away with messing up my order. I paid extra for a sauce and it wasn’t in the bag. Last time they forgot two of my tacos. I’m so over it. I know it’s just fast food but this is my money idc if it’s just 50c. Whoever the manager of this place is is running this place to the ground. Fix it

While I get what I enjoy, it seems there is a problem with specialty orders.
I order potatoes in a burrito there is 4 pieces in it that I pay for… insult to injury tonight is they served tomatoes that smelled and tasted like vinegar.
2 burritos straight in the trash. Its something if it was a one time event but its happened enough where im questioning why I went back to this place.
Staff is pleasant and seating is good but I beg you to no get any order from the Taco Bell side To Go because on e you’re home its too late for regrets.

Got 2 Mexican pizzas and toppings were missing and what was there were just throw onto the middle of pizza. They weren’t cut either. Just terrible. And when you try to complain on the website, this location is not available on the list of locations so I couldn’t contact corporate. Won’t be going back any time soon. Never had a problem here before.

Kfc food is fine overall but don’t wast your money on tacos from this location unless you basically want a meatless taco. Even ordering double meat and there’s nothing in the taco other then lettuce and cheese.

Taco bell is one of my favorite. I am crazy about taco bell burritos, nacho fries but for the 1st time I had such a bad experience. Fries were stale, it wasn’t even looking like fries….and order was so late. I literally had to wait for 20 25 min. I will suggest better go somewhere else.

Wait times are far too long for a “fast” food joint. Quality of the meals has went down and the price has gone up.
Employees seem to have difficulty keeping track of who’s order is who’s and straight up forget about you at the drive-through.
