My husband order the food on his cell phone and then had to drive to town to pick up the order. After he told them the code and his name he was told to pull over and park because the food was not ready. He had to wait about 5 minutes. I ordered the Royal Crispy Sandwich combo meal. The chicken on the sandwich was so tough I couldn’t chew it. I wouldn’t even allow my dog to eat it. When I called and spoke with the manager to tell her how horrible and disgusting it was she did apologize and told me I could get a replacement for the sandwich only. Why just the sandwich, why not the meal mainly because getting terrible food at their establishment is not my fault so why should I be inconvenienced? So now I have to make a trip back to town to get the replacement? The customer should not be inconvenienced for their error. I was told that she was going by protocol, okay I can understand you being the manager and following rules, but the customer should NOT be the one who has to make up for their error. I usually get good to better food here, but not today and I believe it’s the worst I’ve had in this town. I quit going to KFC in this town about 2 years ago because they could never get an order correct. Burger King may be next.

If I could give them a 0 star I would. My husband went there had him pull up wait over 10mins to get old food, and then seemed as if the air head had forgotten they had even parked someone, so I called up there and AMBER was her name I believe the manager, super rude and told me to talk to her with respect because I cussed at her by saying why the hell did you have him pull up just to get old cold food, and got a burger wrong as it said no pickle no mustard and guess what the burger had pickle and mustard. Then the rude chick hung up on me after saying I should give her respect then hangs up, not very respectful and she should not have her position! I’ve worked fast food before and it isn’t hard to read a board nor value your customers as this place lacks that with that manager. As a paying customer, you don’t expect old cold food after parking someone for 10mins or longer. Don’t waste your money here nor your time.

We were served very quickly by a friendly, efficient staff. We chose to dine in. The tables were not the cleanest but the soda machine was well stocked, as were the condiments straws, and napkins. Although busy we received our food quickly. The burgers never disappoint but the fries were awful.

This is for the Lafayette TN Burger King. I was so amazed at how pleasantly good the food and service were that I called to tell them thank you. It is so rare to get good food and customer service these days. Chloe the Mgr. Was so professional and great. The cook Sebastian made our food amazing. We are picky eaters and always order food done special, (it never gets done right) they made everything PERFECT AND FRESH. I’m cannot express how appreciative I am to pay for a meal and it be done right and b freshly made. Everything is so expensive these days and emoyees do not care if their customers are satisfied or not, this was a breath of fresh air. Thank u to the entire crew on the weekend evening shift at Lafayette Burger King!!!!

Stop to get two sausage egg and cheese croissants through the drive-thru and as we pulled off we unwrapped them and they were cold only thing that was lukewarm was the eggs there was a sign on the window of the dining area but I did not see what it said I have tried to call the restaurant several times but you cannot get no one to answer the phone it’s like the line is busy I will not eat here until I speak with a manager or someone over this

Every time I have ordered a meal here at the burger king in Lafayette it’s never what it is advertised. When I prompt the servers that my meal is incorrect they tell me to order online if I want it my way . They are a joke to the establishment. Do better ..

Manager has locked the emergency exits to the building during business hours because they have 4 cars in drive thru. Not even the customers are allowed to leave.

Service was quick, but I had placed a mobile order. Food was ok, except one of our burgers was made incorrectly. My daughter ate it because we don’t typically complain about small mistakes. The thing that got me was when I went back up to ask for ranch. One of the female employees was standing at the back door with it barely cracked and was vaping. She wasn’t outside she was inside the kitchen. I could see the vape “smoke” so the small crack in the door wasn’t doing anything. Pretty sure that is a major health code violation. I stood there watching her until her smoke break ended and she finally turned around and saw me watching her. She is the one who finally came up to ask what I needed, never washed her hands.

Me and my friend went to Burger King looking to enjoy our meal together. When we finally got our order ready, this Edna lookalike walks up to us and said “what do you want” with a rude attitude. I told her I’m ready to order, she said “yeah I know that what do you want.” I was telling her my order and I asked for a shake and she put down a shake and another drink I didn’t request so I told her to take it off and she had another attitude and was all puffy and sighing as of that made her lose her breathe.
