Even during the Friday lunch rush, the staff handled the crowd perfectly. Panera Bread is the only place that makes me actually crave salads and sandwiches, even during winter. This location is standout, faster and more vibrant than most. Can’t wait to bring my daughter here for a treat every time she finishes her class at the Little Gym.

Ordered rapid pickup on May 17, 2025 for lunch. One of the orders is salad – we tried to eat healthy, but when I got home I was so disappointed that the vegetables are mostly in yellow color, meaning they are not fresh (and likely been there for quite some time). I had to throw it away. Tried to contact Panera customer care via their App – whenever I tried to add a photo, the App simply did not go anywhere and I had to restart the App. I have to rewrite everything.

I have lived in town my whole life. This Panera has been here for years. I’m so confused on why it takes SO long to get food? It takes a minimum of 30 minutes. 30! To get any food. Now okay I get it if it was fresh….. But we know this is all frozen and re heated food. So why the long wait? Even when it’s dead inside the wait is more than 30 minutes. And what’s sad is I timed it because it happens so often. I ordered my food 30 minutes early, AND ITS STILL 15 MINUTES LATE. Order your food an hour ahead if you want it on time.

Food is good, and prepared fast…but it’s expensive. Order for three of us came to almost $40 and considering the size of the portion….
Plenty of seating available, a/c is awesome during the hot summer, plus free WiFi.

Mrs Helen took my order and I explained to her my health issues and she help me pick something that wasn’t going upset my stomach. She was so sweet. Most people get aggravated when I ask for suggestions. I really appreciated her patience with me. Thank you Helen! This location is extremely clean. Lately most of the Panera’s I’ve been visiting are dirty especially the drink station so I really really appreciate and recommend this location.

Place has gone downhill. Every time i go in there the coffee pots are empty Complaining doesn’t help. They take their sweet time to make more. Staffing is always short. You never can find an employee. They don’t even light the fireplace. I would avoid at all costs

1- Preface- my husband was born in the US and knows english. My husband walked in to pick up my order, and notices 2 female employees talking in spanish. So he talks to them in spanish, asking if my order is ready. Female 1 just gives him a look and doesnt answer. Female 2, then proceeds to talk to my husband in english pretending she doesnt know spanish when he clearly saw her talking in spanish to Female 1. He answers back in spanish because she would obviously understand him. She answers back in english. Because she refused to answer his questions, he switches to english and barely gets an answer to his original question. Regardless of language, these employees just didnt want to help him. If you’re embarassed to talk in a different language and that some stranger will talk to you in that language, that sounds like a personal problem. If you dont want to talk to customers, then dont work in a customer service role.

2- They messed up my order. I asked for frontega chicken, and got a chicken avo melt. See photo.

I have been here numerous times and Ali the manger runs a great environment. He treats his staff and customers with kindness, respect and great energy. He is very professional and makes this panera amazing. He is great manger along with his team and I enjoy coming to this place!
