Its a shame that workers call off (unless its a true emergency), this man was working his buns off, he was doing phone orders, door dash orders, walk in order. I called my pizza in,had to wait 30 more minutes, I wanted to help him so bad, he was making 12 pizzas at a time, trying to get those pizzas out. No one complain. If he can’t get help I wouldn’t blame him if he stop taking phone orders or walk ins or shut down all together. So im giving him 5 stars cause he was doing his very best

The employees are ok… sometimes a little rude but honestly i don’t blame them. The manager needs to be fired. 1 employee working and 10 people waiting for their orders. I walked in and waited 5 minutes for the lady to acknowledge me and it was another 5 minutes before she started working on the order… mind you i ordered online and it was supposed to be done when I got there. There were probably 10 people waiting… with literally 1 worker making the food boxing it as it came out and serving the people.

Usually I don’t have a problem with pizza hut at all but just recently I got the wrong order. Still got my bread sticks and pizza well let’s just say it didn’t happen the way it supposed to but everything else was fine.

I’m sorry but they make horrible pizza. Tried the T-Mobile deal and didn’t even bother eating the pizza. Crusty, dry, and just straight nasty. I loved pizza hut but idk if it’s the franchise or the employees at this point because the pizza was barely edible

The pizza was alright but Highly disappointed in what I believe was Once a double order of cheese sticks & wings. the wings were soggy and dry. The cheese sticks literally had no cheese and what ever was on top (tasted like some sort of cooking oil) was burnt. What happened to the good old fashioned Pizza hut?

I ordered the triple treat box and an 8pc boneless wings not only was the order late but it was the wrong order I ordered cheese sticks the big cookie a meat lovers and a simple sausage pizza. What I got was those nasty cinnamon rolls cheese sticks a medium Hawaiian pizza and some pizza with mushrooms, onion sausage and bell peppers this is crazy and I want my money back oh and I didn’t even get the boneless wings!!!!!!

Very pleased with the food and the gentleman at the front. He was very funny, friendly, and made those there for a quick pizza pickup feel special and noticed. The price was also really good.
Update (1/10/2025): I must have just been lucky the two times I went during the initial review. I have been there maybe three times since, and two of those times my order was wrong. The other time my order was cancelled. The pizza has been inconsistent (and not always prepped well). I agree with many of the other comments here about timing, some employees behaviors, etc.

Hello everyone. I called earlier today to place a large order for a children’s event. When I called, a young lady answered the phone. I asked if they took future orders and was immediately disconnected. I called back and got a nice young man and asked him the same questions. He said that Pizza Hut takes future orders but because he was in the call center, he would have to transfer me back to the restaurant. When he transferred me back, the phone just rang and rang. If it were not for the nice young man, I would rate the customer service “0”. I placed our order with Dominos and will encourage our partners to use Dominos in the future as we have many upcoming events. Please train your reps at your Chester Avenue location. With a 2.6 rating, that should alert that something is not right.

Door dasher took OVER AN HOUR to deliver 2 blocks away! My pizza arrived mildly warm at 109°F. Pizza Hut, get your own delivery drivers and stop using s**ty doordash! Then we can talk about changing my review.
