Stop here while traveling for work. It’s another excellent MOD PIZZA. JULY 15, 2024 AT 8:00PM. 2 employees were working, and they did an amazing job. Pizza came out perfect . Keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ place looked clean. Didn’t go in the bathrooms, so I can’t comment on that. Excellent dining experience today.

I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.
While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.
As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.
I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.
Huge shout-out to Jake and to the management team here — clearly, great leadership and a strong culture make all the difference. Highly recommend this location!

We requested “extra” toppings on all four pizzas, however, when I got home and opened the boxes, all four had very minimal toppings.
I understand the staff was short‑handed and that it was a busy Friday. That said, if the option to request extra toppings is offered through online ordering, I would expect those requests to be followed.

Solid Mod food as always. Our food was taking a little long – they were busy, so I didn’t think anything of it – but they hooked us up with free drinks! Definitely worth stopping in.

Not only was the food great, but the customer service is phenomenal. It’s my kiddo’s bday, and we got pizza. The fire alarm went off, so everyone was ushered outside for about ten minutes. When we came back in, one of the Pizza Angels came by with a free pizza voucher and apologized for us having to go outside in the cold. We weren’t even bothered, but it was so generous and kind. We really appreciated it and I wanted to tell your team thank you.

Best experience ever!!! My 1.5 year old has EOE and cannot have exposure to dairy nor soy.
The staff was so accommodating and made her a pizza with dairy free cheese with all clean products and clean utensils.
My 1.5 year old was able to taste pizza for the first time in her life!
