They don’t follow directions . The food is halfway cooked . The Reuben rolls are basically large mozzarella sticks with plenty grease . You tell them to cut out the fat on the cornbeef sandwiches they don’t listen . There are better locations, just not this one.

I ordered through a delivery service. The catfish fillets were not tasty. They were frozen, not fresh fillets. The Reuben rolls were not tasty or freshly made. The fries were cold and not tasty. I ordered a gallon of punch and received canned soda. Those of us who are not mobile, rely on food delivery from various restaurants to feed us. Very disappointed in my food order.

First time ordering from here. I got two corned beef sandwiches with cheese. It was loaded with fat. First bite was all fat! I was so disappointed with the amount of meat that was actually on the sandwich for $14. The wings were good and fries were seasoned very well.

Got extremely overheated waiting for my food. It’s to hot in the waiting area and music is to loud. The girl who took our order just sat on a chair didn’t great us or say anything when she handed my card and receipt to us. She looked annoyed that she is there. Also for the price we paid for our food we should have got the sauces and the right amount of items we paid for I was short my Reuben roll order. This Mae Velmas is not like the one off 76th and Cap. Definitely will not be returning to this one. Id rather go to the drive thru one.
