This was our first time trying pho, and I went with my mother . We were blown away! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was Brandi. She was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. She made us feel right at home, like we’d been coming here for years. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Brandi went above and beyond to make our first visit so special. We left feeling happy, full, and already excited to come back.
Highly recommend this place to anyone — especially if it’s your first time trying pho!
When my partner and I walked in, we were seated like normal. Not even three minutes after being seated, the waiter came over and did not ask if we had any questions about the menu, did not offer drinks, and did not ask about appetizers. She literally just said “ready?” and stood there waiting, so we ordered. After our food arrived, we sat and ate, but we were never given drinks. We eventually had to track the waiter down ourselves just to ask for water. For most of the meal, we were ignored.
At first, we tried not to think too much into it, until a white family was seated directly behind us. The same waiter immediately greeted them by saying, “If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I’m going to give you some time with the menu and I’ll be right back.” She returned to them shortly after, had a full conversation, and asked if they wanted drinks and appetizers. All of this happened while we were sitting right behind them, still being ignored.
The difference in treatment was extremely noticeable and uncomfortable. As younger customers, it felt like we were being profiled and treated as less important. A restaurant should provide the same level of service to every guest, regardless of age or appearance.
Overall, the food was nice, but the service was horrible. If you are young, do not expect to be treated fairly. I would not recommend spending your money here unless the service and attitude toward all customers seriously improves.
