Mr. Danny Noonan
During a recent visit to Nashville, our family opted for takeout from this establishment after 8:00 PM. The order, comprising four dishes, totaled $65, which initially seemed reasonable. However, upon returning to our accommodations and inspecting the entrees, we found the portion sizes to be unexpectedly small. As a family with active lifestyles and a focus on healthy eating, we were not anticipating excessive portions; nonetheless, the serving sizes proved disappointing. Despite the food’s exceptional flavor profile, skillful preparation, and appealing presentation, the limited quantity detracted from the overall dining experience.
Therefore, we cannot recommend this restaurant for dinner.
Pros: Excellent taste, competitive pricing.
Cons: Undersized dinner portions.

This is the most underrated spot in Nashville. Hands down the best Thai spot i’ve had! I’ve been going here during my four years of undergrad and it has never steered me wrong. The portions are amazing (I can never finish my plate and I can eat). The flavors are absolutely phenomenal. My go to is pineapple curry (spice level 4) with fried rice and a the side salad, or I also like to get the Tum Yum soup (spice level 4) and spring roll appetizer. Would recommend this place a 100 times over.

It’s all in the name, I ended up getting the chicken satay and I’m just here to say OMG! The sauce was incredible but so was the chicken, tender had a wonderful flavor. Makes me wanna go back and try the other options that they have. All in all just a wonderful place to eat great staff also.

I try to eat here whenever I’m in Nashville. The food and service is amazing. It is near Vanderbilt and gets busy, and very crowded and condensed considering the shop is small. I recommend coming here during lunch and avoiding dinner if you’re not a fan of crowded spaces. I always get the tom yum noddle soup with beef:)

Overall decent food for a decent price. Popular college student spot for those reasons
Lemongrass Thai on white bridge is better quality and bigger portions, though a couple dollars more expensive. I prefer it
Can’t really go wrong either way though

I was really annoyed by my experience here. After I finished eating and left, a lady asked me to clean up my own table, even though I had already paid a tip.
I always tip when I dine in a restaurant, even if I have to order at the counter myself. My expectation is that tipping means the staff will at least serve the food and handle cleaning. It wasn’t until today that I realized this place is apparently entirely self-service, including cleaning.
If that’s the case, this should be made very clear. Based on this experience, I would not recommend tipping here at all.

It was a Friday night, and we were initially planning to head to a famous place on Broadway. However, seeing the long line, we decided to take a chance and picked this place based on its positive review rating. The food turned out to be good; I ordered level 5 spice, which felt more like a level 2 in reality. One aspect that reduced the experience was that the food was served in non-traditional plates and utensils. Despite this, it was tasty, and the prices were fair. We might consider visiting again.

We ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Pad Se Ew as entrees, the dumplings and wontons.
The Pad Thai has 0 flavor. It tastes so bland like a buttered noodle. You can tell by the picture there’s going to be no flavor. The salad is fresh but the ginger dressing is really sweet which is a personal opinion but we didn’t like it.
The Pad Se Ew is ok but is pretty greasy and tastes burnt. Ultimately a 2/5 stars.
The wontons are good but again the dipping sauce is very sweet.
The dumplings are good too but the sauce is very sweet.
The salads are fresh and the food came out hot but if you’re a TRUE fan of Thai food there are many other preferable options in Nashville than this.

This will probably be the only restaurant in Nashville where I will order Pad See Ew and Lad Nah because they provide real-deal WOK HEI. I haven’t found that anywhere else in town to date.
Additional points for carryout being packaged thoughtfully and neatly. Looking forward to dining in soon.
