Went to Popeyes of Monticello today and was asked to pull forward and they would bring my food to me. 45 minutes later I walk in to get my food that has been just sitting there and get home with the wrong order. I will be going to Lake Village from now on to get food worth eating.

Go see Erica, our hostess with the mostest. Wow! Best Popeye’s experience ever. Fries and tenders were fresh and hot. Biscuit was perfectly flaky and buttery. Tea was freshly made (even unsweet!). I had to get some hug from Erica when we left for how awesome she was.

The food was good, but the server’s were scary and unprofessional. One new employee with long hair was wearing a hair net while the older employees where not. One had pink long hair and another had dreadlocks with no hair net. They got to straighten that out or I’m not going back.

Terrible employee’s, definitely need a manager. Employee’s were standing around doing nothing. Was interrupted while giving our order to cashier by a employee . And after a 46 minute wait, they did not know what we ordered. We got our money back and will never be back. Only one star just so I could post this .

Got their new Dill Pickle Wrap but they didn’t tell me they didn’t have the stuff to make one really so all I got was a chicken tender with mayo wrapped in a tortilla. They did replace it with two fried pies so that was good
