Our food was fantastic. We got the shrimp
Tempera small plate, kimchi shoyu and the waygu brisket shoyu. I’m gluten free and loved how they can make almost anything GF. My husband got the gf noodles so we could share and he said he couldn’t notice. Said it was the best ramen he’s had in Denver.

We will definitely be coming back 🙂

Thanks for a great anniversary dinner.

Tim and I had an absolutely stellar experience at GLO Noodle Shop, and it more than lived up to the hype.

We kicked things off with the fried chicken wings and that unforgettable garlic fish sauce dip — rich, punchy, and wildly addictive. For ramen, I had the pork and shrimp ramen, which was deeply comforting with layered, soulful flavor, while Tim ordered the wagyu brisket ramen, and wow — melt-in-your-mouth tender, luxurious, and perfectly balanced.

The drinks were truly out of this world — creative, thoughtful, and elevated without being fussy. And the service? Absolutely incredible: warm, attentive, and dialed in from start to finish.

Thanks Aspen and Alicia for this fantastic Dining experience.

Michelin status fully earned. This is the kind of place you leave already planning your return. ✨

Continues to hit the spot after the fourth visit in the past year or so; it’s been a good place to introduce others to. Menu changes quite a bit, which keeps it fresh, though it’s sad to see some bangers go in the process. Small plates overall continue to be interesting as well as tasty, and the ramen continues to be good.

Nothing I had from the happy hour really stood out to me. Some of the meat was overcooked and tasted burnt and the food just felt very basic and even a little salty for my taste. Wasn’t bad but definitely had higher expectations ! The bao buns and dumplings were my favorite! Didn’t care for the skewers. And the hand rolls were very average.

We had dinner at Glo Noodle House last night and it was outstanding.

First off, I told our waitress that I have celiac disease and asked what my safe menu options were. She looked at me and said, “The whole menu. Even the fried stuff, eel sauce, and desserts.”

Um… WHAT?! In the best way. Finding a place that knowledgeable and confident about gluten-free safety is rare, and it instantly made me feel taken care of.

I ordered the Kimchi Shoyu, and it was simply incredible — deeply flavorful, perfectly balanced, and the portion was huge. I even took some home.

And let me tell you… the next day when I pulled the broth out of the fridge, the collagen-rich jiggle was absolutely divine. I genuinely wish my grandmother were still alive so I could show her how it danced — she loved a good bone broth.

This food wasn’t just delicious, it felt nourishing. Highly recommend Glo Noodle House, and we will absolutely be back.

The food was amazing. I’m a very picking eater when it comes to noodles and pho, but this has been(probably my current favorite noodle house). I’ve tried noodles just about everywhere and this place hits the spot right on. I had the Spicy Mushroom Bowl w/ fried chicken. The chicken broth was amazing!!!! The chili oil is phenomenal! The chicken was crispy and marinated in the broth, it was oh so lovely. A nice egg, some ginger/bamboo shoots, and some bok choy. I ordered extra mushrooms/bean sprouts. All I have to say is….wow. The best noodles I’ve had in ages. From out of town and so glad we chose this place. Compliments to the chefs. The service was top notch, and spot on. My partner had the Brisket Noodle bowl, I had his bean sprouts added to mine. The chili oil compliments every dish magically. The atmosphere is small and cute dinning area, and thank you to the waiter who fixed out in sturdy table. 10/10 in my book.

Where to even start…this is a gem. Beyond the decor that makes it cool, and the warm and pro level service that made us feel so welcome, is the absolute flavor bomb that every course hit us with. The pork belly skewer was such a strong start, and the spicy mushroom noodle soup was a knock out. Great desserts too. Will be coming here again and again, maybe a new Denver favorite for us!

We experienced great “American” atmosphere at Glo Noodle House during our first trip to USA, to Denver, CO. I am a celiac and I always need to be careful where to eat. I chosed this restaurant based on good reviews from other people and celiacs, too. I ordered ramen with rice noodles and mushrooms. The staff was informed on allergies and my needs, they were helpful and friendly and furthermore, the broth (ramen) was delicious and hot and spicy! I really enjoyed my food. My husband ordered chicken wings and beer, both super tasty. Atmosphere was lively, there is also a big screen for watching football (NFL).

Holy shit! This was some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I asked for spicy Ramen but I have a shellfish allergy and so they substituted the mushroom stock and it was the most flavorful mushroom broth I have ever had in my life.

You guys have got to try this place! The drinks were creative, the vibe was super fun, and the food was truly spectacular.
