Rude staff. Good pizza though. Placed an order to pick up an hr in advance. Showed up 15 minutes early. Tells the woman we know we’re early. We’re happy to wait. Woman at the window says “We wouldn’t start making this until 5 minutes before pick up time” I said ok. She rudely asks if I want her to make it now I tell her “if you can. No rush”. Older man comes to the window asking for name. There was misunderstanding on whose name it was put under. Even though we told the woman the last name we told the man the wrong first name at first and he said he didn’t have it. After we said the last name it was ignored and he accused us of trying to take someone else food until we reiterated the correct first and last name.

Co worker Placed an order for the lunch for our pharmacy today and our delivery driver was really rude and very unprofessional. The pharmacist went over to pay the man and she wasn’t even done counting the money and he says loudly “are you even going to tip me…I had to park and bring it inside, come on..” I could not believe that he said that. Is that not his job as an employee? . Some of the people that were in line even gasped. If it had been me I would not have tipped that driver just for the remark, but the pharmacist tipped the man and he walked away shaking his head. Older white guy with glasses. It was around 1pm. Do better guy and for this you get 1 star.

The crew, nor the manager, honors the advertised 2-minute Car side delivery. They stop the timer so that they can lock the guarantee out and take their time delivering it. The manager clearly has no training by the way he treats customers.
Aside from that, my toppings were incorrect and the phone handler didn’t comprehend how to process refunds. It’s good that Domino’s clearly supports hiring people with low IQs. Someone has to hire them 🙂
