We’ve never had an issue with the Domino’s near our home, but this particular location has been a completely different experience. We chose this store because it’s closest to our business, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with our delivery service today. Instead of taking responsibility and correcting their mistake, the staff chose to make excuses that simply weren’t true. Very disappointing experience overall. I would recommend saving your time and money and choosing another location.

Understandably the location was very busy but after placing a carry out order by phone and being told it would take 15-30 mins i waited in the lobby approximately 50 mins for my order staff claimed it to not be in the line up yet. When I asked the guy on the dough side to just grab the manager he snapped and said he was the manager and urged me to go back the through the crowd of customers already shoulder to shoulder to talk to another employee who had 0 answer regarding my wait time. Fortunately I had not paid. So after spending nearly an hr waiting for a carry out placed by phone ahead of time I walked out. From years in management myself I understood the demand but the location and staff must understand how to respond to the pressure as well as provide better allocation by phone regarding wait time!
The real issue here is that the orders are placed by a call center that has absolutely zero knowledge of the demand at a particular location at a given time. This needs to be addressed corporately to ensure customers are provided the correct information and accurate wait time prior to the inconvenience and discourtesy.

Ordered lunch (delivery) for myself and coworkers. The order was cancelled with no explanation. I had to call the store to find out why. They said they have no delivery drivers until 12pm. It was 11:52… I asked her if I can just place the order again and she said yes. I then asked the lady on the phone to reopen my order and just have them deliver it when the driver comes in at 12 so I don’t have to place it again. She said she cant because she already cancelled it, and then she hung up on me before I could get another word out… If they would have called before cancelling this wouldn’t be an issue, and then the staff just hangs up on me??? I just placed my order again since she told me it would be delivered when the driver gets there at 12 and she immediately cancelled it again. Since they switched locations I have had horrible experiences with this store. It also took 2 1/2 hours for my order to be delivered last week.

I regularly ordered from the old Main St location, but after the move here can’t see myself doing that anymore. With no drive through or dedicated parking, this store just isn’t a practical location for pickups unless you’re a student that lives in the housing development. Makes even less sense considering they just renovated the Main St spot within the last year or two.

Ordered on the app for carry out, walk inside and get stared at for literally ten minutes as the only person in line, someone walks in minutes later and they greet him and take his order almost immediately even though I had been waiting. They gave me hot wings when I ordered mango habanero. One of the employees was picking toppings off of his station counter and throwing them back into the bins to be used again. Pretty fun experience

I redeemed my rewards for a jalapeno bacon , cheesy bread for free i added a side of blue cheese $1 the reason of this review. I got my cheesy bread but I paid a $1 for blue cheese, but my blue cheese was not in my order that I paid for the white girl at the counter.Just put my box on the counter and said $1 but she failed to pay attention to the person’s order. Domino’s of this Location on gatsden needs to make sure that their employees are paying attention to the customer’s receipt.When they are preparing the person’s order. And not just charging someone without knowing what the hell is on that person’s order. Because I did not get my blue cheese that I ordered and paid one $1.10 for.

Ordered for pickup and the crust on half of one of my pizzas was missing! Just torn off. Both of my pizzas were sloppily made and undercooked. Absolutely disgusting. Do better, Dominos!

I was pleasantly surprised due to my experience at this Domino’s! Usually I go to Domino’s to get some slightly-above average pizza at a reasonable price, but this time, I used the half-off menu item pizzas deal, and the pizza was excellent! All-in-all, I paid less than $10 for timely service and a great pizza!

Unfortunately they have moved their location to where there is no parking for carry out orders. I don’t know how this will work in the future.
Update. Well apparently theres something new in the app or some update that wasn’t talked about much so when a delivery driver calls you, it goes through the app so if you don’t have the phone permission setting on they can’t get a hold of you. The driver didn’t leave a voice mail so perhaps I could see that someone had tried to call me so they just took my food back. I had to call the store to find this information out and then they just said they refunded my money. So now its way past when I wanted to eat AND I am not happy. Ugh. Just have to advance technology to the point you loose customers I guess. I haven’t seen such a corporate stumble since Coke changed their formula to the New Coke. ♂️

This location sucks, no parking & felt unwelcoming. Like a doctor’s office with no chairs. Location feels like they want you in and out the door as quick as possible. It is like fast food without a drive-thur for convenience.
