Atmosphere:
The decor inside is best described as modern industrial and with the holidays approaching, they did do a great job to get into the festive spirit. The bar area has a nice display and overall great atmosphere, but something about the acoustics makes it difficult to hold a conversation.
Service:
I feel this is where the establishment suffered, after the initial greeting and being seated, it took some time for us to have a server come to the table. Upon ordering our appetizer, we also had to ask for extra plates to accompany the appetizer, seeing how we wanted to split it up. Once we recieved our entrees, the server left before we could ask for silverware. After a little time, the server came back and asked if we needed anything else, we asked if we could obtain some silverware and server left promptly. Server came back after a bit and then explained to the reason we were unable to recieve any silverware was due to all the silverware being accounted for and being cleaned. Server ended up coming back with a couple of packs plastic utensils for our meals.
Quality:
I ordered the fried cheese curds as an appetizer and marinara had a great flavor to it. For the entree, I went with the R&R Burger and was not disappointed the combination of all the flavors worked so well and had an good amount of fries to compliment the burger.

I would have to recommend the R&R Burger if you are having trouble deciding.

I’ve been driving past this place for about a year now and always wanted to stop. Today was the day. I walked in, sat at the bar, and had a drink. The drinks were excellent, and the staff was great and friendly. I can’t wait to come back and try the food. The old-school rustic elegance of the place is simply amazing.

I had a reservation, but when we arrived, I asked if they had rooftop seating—and they did! We headed up and enjoyed a perfect evening. We ordered the ribeyes and the seasonal cheesecake, all while enjoying live music under a beautiful night sky. The weather was perfect, and the whole experience was top-notch. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back!

It was our first time visiting this place, I ordered R&R burger, it was really good, for the prices I was expecting a more tasty burger but it was not bad. My favorite meal was definitely the Lava Cake, it was soooooo good ✨ plus our server gave us an excellent service! We are going back as It is a nice place to visit once in a while

Great atmosphere, friendly service, but the food leaves much to be desired. Whatever you do, do not order the oysters in any form. Although the presentation was nice, they were tiny marble sized and tasted like they were spoiled. My honest assessment is that the food is mediocre and it’s overpriced. However, the cocktails we had were very good.

I’m surprised by the critical food reviews. We are from San Antonio and have many fabulous restaurants. However, every opportunity we get to travel this way, I’m going to make sure we stop to enjoy ourselves, because this place is special! The food was fresh and clearly meticulously made with care and creativity. I had butternut squash soup and a veggie wrap, made gluten free for my needs. And my husband had the Reuben, remarking it was the best he’s ever tasted (and he’s picky)! Our friends had burgers and stated the same. The fries were perfect and the service was great. Thank you, Jake! Stop by if you come thru. Otherwise, you’ll miss this gem.

So I loved all of the food, the tomato bisque actually had texture which I absolutely love and it wasn’t overly creamed. As for the Cobb salad, perfect portions to share with a couple and the blue cheese seemed superb! We also had the lollipop lamb, and they were cooked perfectly, slightly pink in the middle moist throughout, the only thing I would say at all about this dish was that the tzatziki needed just a little more flavor, I am a long-time lover of this pairing, and even though it was perfectly cooked, something was missing in the taziki, which I think was fresh made. Was fresh made so perhaps just adding a pinch of salt or slightly more herbs would have given that boost. Overall it was excellently prepared, delicious, and again shared between my husband and I. This was a perfect afternoon lunch ❤️ I would recommend it to anyone, I’m not sure how kid-friendly it is, although, there is a rooftop area and it did seem to have children hanging out, they also have a banquet room I believe on the second floor which would be great for parties and as you saw in the pictures, although we do not drink, the bar was fully loaded! And we saw many drinks that looked beautifully crafted

If you don’t book your rehearsal dinner at this venue and you live within a 1 hour radius of this place, then shame on you! EVERYTHING WAS 5 STARS! Everything from the food, service, the beauty of the venue! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we felt like our event was the MOST IMPORTANT EVENT! They were so kind! 5/5 recommend!
