Cold Stone Creamery is always great! Granted, I did not take my kiddos here when they were very little, as ice cream for them, was ice cream. They did not care where it came from, as long as they received it.
Now, they are a bit older, and I desire for them to know good products from cheaper ones. Granted, there is always a time and place for this. They are now able to appreciate the difference. Cold Stone is relatively expensive. Be prepared to spend around $10 per individual, even for a child. Nevertheless, it is a nice treat and good to cultivate their taste buds beyond McDonald’s ice cream. Enjoy, but be prepared to open your wallet a bit wider.
They offer toppings that are a bit more exotic.
They used to offer malt powder, which they no longer offer. That has always bummed me out! Bring back the malt powder!

I ordered a small, 4 inch birthday cake. They packed it in a huge cake box that was way too big for the cake. The cake fell over in the box and messed up the writing on the top. I’m not sure if the word “Happy” fell off, or if they forgot to write it. The cake just says “Birthday”.
On another topic, I’m happy to see that have ‘plant based’ ice cream. In not sure if that means vegan or vegetarian though. I’ll have to look into that at another time.

Ice cream after a warm-ish day was perfect. We went around 3:15pm today and it wasn’t busy at all so we were able to order quickly and leave quickly. My favorite is coffee and banana ice cream mixed with pie crust and walnuts. I know it sounds weird but it is so good!! Try it, if you are open to trying new things.

This place didn’t seem very clean, and the service was disorganized. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and was asked twice if I wanted whipped cream—I said yes both times, but they still forgot it. I also ordered a strawberry cone, but they gave it to me in a cup instead. When I asked for a cone, they put it in a huge waffle cone, even though I saw different sizes available. On top of that, they ran out of straws, so I had to drink my milkshake with a spoon. Overall, not a great experience.

BR closed up the road and we thought we would try this cold stone again. The portions were off some cups almost full others were dripping over, the add-ins poorly mixed, and the customer service stole the excitement we had to get ice cream. The shop is dark and drab. We were reminded why we stopped coming here. They left the cookie dough out completely. What happened to the cold stone experience?

We walked in right around 2pm on 3/29/25, the one female employee was extremely rude. She immediately told the three of us that she would only take our order when everyone was ready. No hi, hello, or any greeting at all.
Then we waited while she was in the back for her to come out and ask if we were ready, just to reiterate that we must all be ready or she wouldn’t take our order.
She was rude and completely unprofessional. Snapping at us as we tried to tap to pay and getting two of the orders wrong.
Completely unacceptable service. I hope management and ownership read this and deal with this employee. Younger woman with glasses and brown hair.

We recently visited this location and ordered 2 large sundaes with chocolate and pecans. The chocolate and pecans that were added were minimal at best, and I had to ask for a smattering of whipped cream, all for only $25+. The service was just adequate. It was enough for us to take our future business elsewhere.

Ordered online. Arrived at advised time. No other customers there. They said they never received our order and began to make it. While making it informed us that two of the items we ordered they didn’t have ( kit kats and oreo creme ice cream. They handed us the order and only 3 of the 4 items we ordered were in the bag. Kids working were nice but overall a mess for $40 of ice cream.
