Really really good! Highly recommend! In my personal opinion their option on free sides aka veggies and others is probably the best for us! But we did try the miso mid spicy and Bulgogi super spicy and it was so good! This sauce i made was soo good! Thank to for having those options! Staff was great and friendly! I hate to say people that say they weren’t greeted properly needs to stop and understand that after they seat you they do great you!

I went to Sorry Umma with a group of four ladies and we had an excellent time. The meat quality is top notch, best in the area for K Pot restaurants. The soup base was delicious, and other ingredients were fresh and tasty. The owner was super nice and accommodating and never rushed us out so five stars for service too! Lastly, I got to do a free spin on their prize wheel and won a soda on the house! We will be back!

Truly was so disappointed in this place. I wanted to like it so much. Once we entered there was no real greetings, we were just told where to sit. We ordered the spicy miso and tasted zero miso. The vegetables were all dying and looked like it had been sitting out for days. We went to grab one bowl of rice and the rice was old and stale. I was so disappointed in the whole hotpot itself, I decided to order kimchi pancakes and it was soggy AND burnt. I don’t know how a pancake could be burnt but still soggy.
Food & service was disappointing for how much everything was. The only thing that this place has going for them is they have clean bathrooms. Would not recommend this to anyone.

We really enjoy the food and the experience, kids get to eat their favorite food and cook it themselves. The meat is absolutely delicious. Our favorite is fatty beef and brisket. Their mushroom and Gyoza is really tasty. Will definitely come back!

We were a party of 6, first time to a Korean Hot Pot place for half of us. The chef and our waitress were very patient and kind explaining how ordering and everything works. The chef hooked us up with a variety of meats, and we enjoyed the many accompaniments that one can add to your broth. I can’t remember ever being so full afterward. A fun eating adventure, highly recommended !

Unique. Able to do to your liking. Lots of vegetables, sauces, noodles, choices of meats. Get the kimchi pancake. Bao also good. All you can eat

I came back because I had a good impression last time, but this visit was a huge disappointment because of the waiting term between each meat order. Even for the 6 PM dinner rush, waiting around 20 minutes for our meat was just too much. Unless you have extreme patience or can avoid peak hours, I wouldn’t recommend it. Sadly, the good food doesn’t make up for the exhaustion this time. I don’t think I’ll be back again.

The name of this restaurant is Sorry Umma Hot Pot and, as I found out, there is nothing to be sorry about at this restaurant.
Looking at the menu, I knew exactly what I wanted: hot pot! Yes, it was a very hot day, in the high 90s, but inside this nice air conditioned, well-lit, bright, and clean restaurant, I felt hot pot was the dish I want to eat. Our table top, which was very clean, had six stoves to cook our individual pot for our meal.
Although this restaurant is a hot pot place, they also offer other menu choices for diners who want to explore a different eating experience and not just the hot pot. (See photos for their other options.)
While the broth was heating up, the two friends and I went to get options to add in each of our pots. So many options to add to the pot! Spinach, bok choy, cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, taro, potatoes, bean sprouts, corn, and fresh eggs were among the options for you to add in your broth. There was another separate area where you can make your own dipping sauces including peanut, chili, and soy sauce.
We were also treated to their seafood pancake. The pancake was filled with a lot of green onions, and inside of the pancake had shrimp, scallops, and squid. It was very tasty, and the potion for the four of us to share and eat was perfect.
I was still dreaming about this restaurant the day after I ate there. I can’t wait to go back with my DHHA group and introduce them to this wonderful eating experience I had there.
If you are in the area or are nearby and want something yummy for your tummy, I highly recommend Sorry Umma to satisfy your hunger pangs. And remember: there is nothing to be “Sorry” about when you eat here.

Spacious place. Good meat selection. Veggies were a little dried out. Could be sitting out too long since we came for dinner. Not too many seafood selection. No dessert. The bulgogi broth was bland. Should have tasted it before choosing. They do let you taste the broth variety before choosing.
