It’s all about the food. Excellent carne asada. Good nachos for the PNW (but then I’m from Texas and nachos are different there – look up “proper Texas nachos”).
That said, the view of Henderson Bay and the Burley Lagoon can be beautiful while you’re waiting during the summer.

Food was very good and it seems like pretty descent Mexican food for Washington. I got the wet burrito. Just to warn you they do put a lot of celantro. So if you are not a fan of it you might want to get it removed.
The red sauce has a little spice but the green sauce does not. The service was very friendly and fast as well. I think I would return when I come back to Washington.

For a taco truck, I highly recommend it. You can tell this place is good, based on the long line Hispanic clients are always waiting to get their food. Authentic Mexican food. Nice set of outdoor tables to sit under cover or put by the water. Fast service, even when they’re busy.

Ordered the California Burrito, because all my coworkers were hyping this place up.
Been waiting to try this for 3 months now and it was below MID.
My first bite had mostly lime and sour cream around my meat. Not much flavor on the asada, which is a dealbreaker for me. As I kept eating it, there was more cartilage than soft meat. It’s almost like there was lengua on it too.
Size is average for $13.07 after tax.
The bright side is that they’re super fast and right next to Purdy spit which is gorgeous.

This place… food is straight up legit. The Quesabirria will make you willing to change your religion. I need an extra stomach so I can keep eating this. So many amazing and tasty items on the menu. I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. But the Quesabirra… do yourself a favor. Order it but tell your Gramma to put on a helmet because you might slap her. It’s that good. Skip the fast food. You’re wasting your money. This place gives generous portions and the prices are very reasonable and it tastes way better. I am going to see if they will just fire up the truck and follow me around all day so I can eat this whenever I want. I cannot wait until I am hungry again…

Really good! Even though I’ve only had the Carne asada plate, I’m pretty sure there are no disappointments here. Definitely going again. Prices are reasonable and they have outdoor seating as well.
