Listen, I understand that a bunch of kids working in a smoothie shop is probably their first job but you cannot leave a bunch of teenagers unattended to run a business. The customer service I just received was utmost ridiculous. I waited 18 minutes for a damn sandwich that I seen the girls playing with talking chitchatting on their phones yelling across the store, not getting my sandwich done just staring at me laughing while they talk about where they’re taking their next break and where they’re going out to get food while I’m standing there for 18 damn minutes you can’t have kids running your business. Ridiculous only customer in the store and I have kids yelling across the store talking about their plans while my sandwich order is just sitting there

I appreciate the greeting from the staff when I enter and the smoothie deal at this location from Monday-Friday. My smoothies are delicious and for the most part my food is delicious. There have been some instances, when I am less than pleased with the temperature of the food or the ingredients such as the lettuce or tomato (not good quality), however, the smoothie made up for it.

Every time I order with the app no matter the time they have my smoothie ready, I work 5 minutes down the road and it’s always ready without fail by the time I get there for break.

I visit this location all the time and I’ve never seen service this bad and the employees this care free, from the guy eating out of the ingredients to the high school hallway vibe behind the counter, they were taking and having a good time while I stood there with 3 melting smoothies. the food was wet and gross nothing like the normal, I couldn’t even taste the fruit in my smoothie I know its there its the right color, what has happen to this location ? its usually a 5 star
