Mocktails + Veggies + Sweet Treats = Girl Dinner. The BEST seasoned Zucchini & Squash. The Mashed Potatoes are very flavorful. The Tiramisu is made with Kahlua which gives it that “little something extra” that we all know and love. The bartender graciously made me a custom mocktail inspired by one of their signature cocktails (it was delish). The atmosphere is great and I have enjoyed myself each and every time that I have dined there.

Oh wow, our dinner was soooo amazing! Definitely one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve ever had in Hampton Roads, and this was just the soft opening with a small menu. I had a wonderfully delicious appetizer of moules (mussels) a la provençale, with a tomato and fennel sauce that I couldn’t stop mopping up with their yummy bread. For the main course, I had the coquilles Saint Jacques (scallops) with mushroom cream and black lentils with vegetables. The presentation was lovely! We were too stuffed for dessert, so that tells you the portions were generous. We will definitely be back again soon once they have their grand opening.

I am going to put in a well-deserved 5-star review for their vegan pizza! I ordered a vegan cheese with vegan sausage and it is delectable. The dough is so flavorful and it does not dip or bend when you hold the slice—our 3-year-old eats this happily! $23.50. Their Veg pizza, subbed with vegan cheese, is also excellent. Highly recommend!

Ordered filet au poivre and crab cake. I really enjoyed the steak even though I am not a steak-lover, hahaha. I have to say I enjoyed every bite! It is a little on the salty side for me. The crab cake is also really nice. We will come back for sure…. Waiting for our desert now. They have excellent coffee!

First time at Bisou, it was a lovely dinner. The pizza was the first pizza I’ve had from a restaurant where it wasn’t dripping or sitting in its own grease – it made it EXTRA tasty. My friend had the cordon blueish restaurant week meal and he absolutely loved it! Our server was very kind and helped us pick a wine to taste (he suggested the pinot noir) and that was delicious! Only downside was that there was technically music playing (swing/jazz) but you couldn’t even hear a little bit of it cause of how quiet the music was played (I totally understand you dont want to make it too hard to hear your table but I miss listening to good swing/jazz music in restaurants. It was also VERY chilly whenever the door opened since we were in its path for the draft…if that could somehow be mitigated-this would’ve been a whole other level of enjoyable (we were both shivering for half our meal)

I’ve frequented this restaurant by three different names and I was nervous that Bisou would not live up to how much I loved the prior. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The service (Romie was our server) was impeccable – she was charismatic, friendly and prompt. The atmosphere was chic, clean with a city/French flare. AND THE FOOD!!!!!! OH MY GOSH!!!! SO FLAVORFUL ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
(We ordered the mussels for an appetizer, scallops and the goat cheese burger for entrees and the banana foster for dessert – ALL CHEFS KISS!).
Bisou is a new local TOP 5 favorite and we are looking forward to visiting often!

Finally got to enjoy this restaurants indoor dining. Previous. We have only ordered the pizza before the official opening. My husband and I went for dinner to celebrate my 60th birthday. We enjoyed the delicious meal and the service and atmosphere that went along with it.

What a wonderful addition to Hilton. Bistro dining. The mussels were cooked perfectly and were delicious. The 2 people who ordered the beet and goat cheese salad couldn’t stop raving about it. Can’t wait to go back!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We can start with Stacy the hostess when I made the reservation. She was so pleasant and nice over the phone. Its rare nowadays. I made reservations for 8pm for my wife and I. Stacy greeted us and offered us a booth. She’s actually funny too. We loved her. And will be back. Aww man now let’s get to the food. Our server Romi recommended the Chicken Fricassee. My wife and I both ordered it. Listen!!!!!!!!!!!! When I say this. Money well spent. Best dish I’ve had in a long time. It was delicious. No words were spoken while getting down to business 10 out of 10 for sure. I will be back for sure. The atmosphere is good, everyone was so pleasant the manager Jason checked up on us and made sure everything was good. Made us feel welcomed. This is a place I will visit atleast twice a month. Found a new spot. I wanted the Tiramsu but they sold out. Another reason to come back. Mind you im writing this review as im eating my dessert. Raspberry chocolate cheesecake. I promise you, you cannot go wrong here at Bisou. I’ll be back in 2 weeks.
