The ambiance is so comfortable. But the person taking our order seemed really unhappy to be there and the food was shockingly skimpy and carelessly prepared. Barely any avocado on the avocado toast. The espresso drinks were fine but not great.

If the food is terrible, atmosphere and service doesn’t matter.
The avocado toast had an extremely thin layer of avocado on it, and the seasoning overpowered the avocado. The cappuccino was a poorly made latte — way too much milk.

Today I came through for lunch, I ordered on my app prior to leaving my job with my allergen information (gluten allergy), came to pick it up, and was very rudely told it wasn’t ready yet at the window. Upon pulling up to the window I waited for a few minutes before they gave me my order, but didn’t tell me anything about how it was made or such so I would know it was safe, no cross contamination etc. I decided to eat my salad anyways, because why would I throw away a $20 salad and fruit cup? I figured since I put my allergy information in on the app it would be safe. My bag was handed to me out the window sealed, and I didn’t stop to look at the salads until I was already back at my work. The avocados were brown, and the dressing cups were less then halfway full. Sucks for how much I spent on this meal that it’s not even fresh or worth the spend for a dry salad with next to no dressing. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had at this location. My last time I came through on a friday at 10:30 I was told soup isn’t ready until after 11-11:30 ‘on the weekends’ despite my app telling me soup is ready at 10am. Hopefully these are one time issues and won’t continue for other customers in the future. I myself find it hard to continue to dish out $20 for a single lunch with the poor service and brown food.

My three star is for the place and not food. The food was very good, clean and fresh also yummy. I had concerns about the cleanliness and protocols regarding covid-19. The places or joints opened to dine it should be very careful regarding keeping the interior clean. We dine in, we were there for an hour, in the whole hour no staff came to clean any table after the customer left. Our near by table was occupied when we sat on one of the table, they left in 10 minutes, another group came and sat there after 10 mini, and like wise it went on. Tables were not cleaned after any of the guest left in that 1 hour. Many customers came in and left, tables were filled on after the other but none of them were cleaned between leaving and seating of customers. It made me worried for my self and my family now as I sat there too, I doubt my table was clean. I request the manager and the staff to have a look at the dinning area once a while. Seems like they are all busy at the drive through, kitchen or cash counter.

I could barely hear the young man at the cash register. When asked to repeat, he didn’t help me to hear. We finally made it through. I received my take out and drove home. Food was good. Order correct.

Bought 3 green goddess salads at this store right before close all three salads were made wrong. They left the avocado out. When I took one of them back to the store the manager literally said what do you want me to do about it. And got nasty with me told me to leave threw stuff at me and proceeded to tell me I was trespassing. And got up in my face. This was the manager!! They need to retrain their upper level staff

I’ve become a fan of this Panera over the past year. No, they don’t have quite the selection of drinks as Starbucks and their food is a little pricey, but they make up for that by having such a nice inside area to sit down with a peer or client and a laptop to enjoy a coffee during your meeting. I personally enjoy pretending to be healthy while munching on a big salad, only to turn around and slam 3 or 4 of the delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies with my latte.

$14 for a ice cold chicken sandwich and a medium Pepsi.. are you kidding me? How do you knowingly hand someone a cold chicken sandwich? These kids working at food places are pathetic. December 8, 2022 at 8:45pm is when my order took place. I expect everyone in there to get chewed out because that is absolutely unacceptable. Luckily I didn’t notice until I got home or they would’ve been getting chewed out by me!!!!!

I ordered 2 frontera chicken sandwiches from here, it looks like they were simply stuffed into the bag and threw the chicken on top, saw the staff making the food without gloves, and the girl put food into the guys mouth while in the kitchen, also ordered a Fuji apple salad that came without cheese, please beware of this place, they have terrible service
