Fish tasted good for frozen, but thought for $12 just for the “haddock” fish sticks and an extra $2 for the burnt side, the price was steep. I’ve had better quality and amounts for cheaper prices, I could’ve made supper better at home. Ended up leaving most of it on the plate.

If youre going to insist on cutting the pizzas in “squares” even when we ask for them to be not cut, can you at least manage to figure out what a square is? No one wants their pizza cut like this. Ask for triangles? Tried. Still roughly square cut, except some of the “squares” were fork bite sized, and the toppings were wrong. Why would I want a quarter of the pizza for one square and two bites for the other, and a corner thats literally just crust? Whoever cuts your pizzas needs a new job. Someone else needs to open a pizza restaurant in this town that actually knows how to cut a pizza and make orders correctly.

I ordered on Saturday just before the Packer/Bear playoff game. My order was to be ready at about 7pm. When my son and I arrived we were greeted by a young lady. She went to find our slip. We paid, she went to grab our order. She came back looking a little nervous. She said I am so sorry there was a mix up in the kitchen. Your order is going to be another 10 minutes. I responded, that is fine we will just pull up a seat. A look of relief she said thank you so much for understanding and being patient. We are all humans and mistakes happen. This young lady was probably scared to death that I was going to flip out. Yet I remained calm and waited. She smiled and went on with her business. As soon as our order was ready she handed it to us and thanked us! Our food was delicious!! Thank you young lady!!

The girl who took our order was very professional. Kudos, on using the phrase ” we will get it to you as soon as we can” this should be primary when ordering. Much better than getting an estimated time. I ordered the large garden pizza. It was warm on arrival and the veggies look to be fresh. At first bite I noticed how tasty their pizza sauce was. Not spicy or acidic, just smooth flavor. All the toppings on the pizza were fairly proportionate. A little heavy on the olives but delicious. We also ordered a chicken sandwich and French fries. If I were able to make a suggestion, I would suggest finding Styrofoam containers with vents, allowing the steam to escape. A big problem with to go containers and crispy items is by the time it gets eaten its soggy from the steam. It also helps with the problem of your to go containers warping from the build up of heat from the food. As well as its important not put to go containers in plastic bags, for the same reason. The steam builds up. As for the price, very reasonable even with a nice tip. Nice to see a business that doesn’t charge delivery allowing for their drivers to earn more tips. All around i will be returning to future analyze this business as well as others in the area. First impressions are important and jolly Roger’s is off to a good start.

Good food good prices.. but website says that they deliver to Royalton, when I called to order for delivery they said they wouldn’t…. So I decided to pick it up . I show up at the time given and still had to wait 15mins.

Been there twice. Tried the fish first, that was a disappointment, could buy box fish and have a better experience. This time got a burger, bun was burnt, “with bacon” is bacon bits, ordered lettuce and tomato, never got it and their so called onion rings are shredded onion fried and burnt, service sucks also.
Called to complain about the so called “onion rings” and the woman said “that’s just how they come” as if that was an excuse.
The pizza “looks good” but it’s barely adequate.
Had to wait over an hour for this? Never again!
Save your money and buy a frozen pizza. You’ll have a better experience.

I have eaten here several times now, and generally, it’s pretty great. The food is good and the service is relatively quick. However, tonight I waited 1.5 hours for two sandwiches, called them twice about it, and all I got was, “Sorry, we were backed up tonight.” Now, I’m not just a jerk and I have worked in the food industry; I understand things get slow. At the same time, if someone is meant to wait that long for their meal, it would be courteous for you to at least tell the person that it will take over an hour to be delivered. Again, overall a nice little place, but tonight, I felt it was unprofessional.

First time here while on vacation. Very pleased with the pizza and service. The server was nice enough to let us know it would be less expensive to order a large pizza with two toppings (one on each side) instead of the two small ones we initially ordered, as they were having a special that day.
I’m always hesitant to order pizza out of town, but this was VERY good.
My only tip would be: ask for it to be pie cut if that is what you are used to. They cut it in squares… oh dear!
