When I arrived, they were still serving the breakfast menu, but the lady who assisted me was incredibly kind and immediately switched the screen to the lunch menu so I could choose what I wanted. I ordered the grilled chicken pita, and it was absolutely amazing — 10/10. I’ve eaten at many Greek restaurants before, but the flavor here is truly incredible and stands out from the rest.
On top of that, the place was very clean and well organized, which made the experience even better. Excellent service, delicious food, and a spotless environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is an excellent restaurant for authentic Greek food. We stopped by on our trip to the Charlotte airport to fly to Greece and we were glad we did. The fish sandwich was the best I have ever eaten! The fries were hot and crispy, and the prices were incredibly reasonable.
The hostess shared her experiences about her own trips to Greece and made our dining experience very special.
I highly recommend that you visit when you are in the area!

EVEREST GRILL will NEVER go here again. I have always ordered a hamburger with chili and slaw. The last two times I have been there. This is what the bar look like. I thought after the first time that maybe they were just off that day. The owner came to my table after asking her to twice I explained to her what I didn’t like. With a rude comment back of asking why do you keep ordering it then? Not one time did she apologize or try to make this right. That was my last time going there.

Don’t let the hole in the wall feeling and placement deter you. This is an excellent place to eat! Love the food and the service has always been great. It has the feel of a local diner. Parking is easy as it shares the strip mall with a Food Lion and some other shops. Skip the Bojangles and head here instead.

Stopped for lunch. In the Food Lion plaza in Denver NC. You order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Food was excellent and came quickly. Recommend!

Not the place to go for a gyro. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. I only ordered the gyro so I can’t comment on the rest of the extensive menu, but the gyro was poor. Meat was dry and overcooked and just a small squirt of tzatziki sauce in the middle. I’m willing to go back and try something else, but if you want a gyro head over to Shomars instead.

Love the atmosphere and cordiality of the employees. A place for good and quick bites. Even though they do not have many for proteins, they will do for you without up charge. Food tastes good. I would go back again.

A recent order for 6 people was close to closing and for pick up. Instead of grumbling or feeling that we were imposing….we were met with a pleasant greeting.
Food came out in great timing and they even helped carry out to the car.
From burgers to onion rings gyros to sandwiches and even kids selections there was absolutely NO complaints…..in one visit we will be regulars…and we live in the neighborhood…..GREAT FIND!
