I recently started with Meal Prep Sunday Service and I’m impressed. I’ve tried a lot of meal prep places diets including shakes and intermittent dieting, but this one has honestly been the easiest for me to stick with. I’ve had SO many meals I loved from my selection. The pecan pie pancake, the chicken & chorizo tacos and the chicken biriyani were my favorites. It was such a good comfort-meal moment without wrecking my calories for the day. Their pressed juices are also surprisingly good. I usually brace myself for healthy juice taste, but these were actually delicious and something I’d grab even on their own.
I’ve also been taking the AM/PM supplements they offer, and they’ve helped me stay consistent. The AM supplements give a clean boost, nothing crazy, just enough to feel awake, focused, and not dragging through the day. And the PM ones help wind me down so I actually sleep and recover instead of staring at the ceiling. Together, they just make staying on track feel a lot easier.
Overall, the food, portions, and convenience have really helped me keep my nutrition in check without feeling like I’m dieting. Definitely recommend.

I am so glad I found Meal Prep Sunday! I am a busy mom of 4 with two very sedentary jobs which caused me to gain weight and left me unmotivated to work out. I just recently started making lifestyle changes including eating healthier and exercising and these meals have been a game changer for me! The food so delicious and tastes like home cooking. They are also so flavorful, which is something that has lacked with other services I’ve tried. I don’t have to worry about skipping breakfast because I’m too busy since all I have to do is heat up my meal and its ready just like that. Their chorizo and egg breakfast tacos are to die for and I love not having to make separate meals for myself!
I’ve never been one to drink juice but I tried their juices from a reward I received and they are so good that I added 5 to my next subscription. No clean up…I love it!

This is my first time subscribing to a meal prep program. I’m am pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious and flavorful. I usually eat them at lunch and they reheat very well. Their customer service is following up regularly to make sure I’m happy with the food. Which yes, so far so good.

I’ve tried a few different meal prep services and this is by far the best one I have ever used. I’ve only been using them for about to weeks and I have lost 10 lbs and my body fat percentage has gone down continuously every week. All the meals taste amazing and the fact that they are not frozen is the best. I have already recommended this meal prep service to so many friends and will continue to use their service. I have got a very busy schedule and this has relieved so much of my time.

I’ve been using Meal Prep Sunday and I honestly couldn’t be happier! The variety of meals is impressive — there’s always something new and exciting to try. The food is absolutely delicious and you can tell real care goes into the preparation. Delivery was right on time and everything arrived fresh and ready to go. On top of that, their app is super easy to use and their customer service is top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient, tasty, and reliable meal prep service! Price is a little higher if you want to hit Macros but I think it’s still great. Would be a long term loyal customer if price can come down a notch!

One of the biggest perks for me is free delivery to San Diego (I live in San Diego, so this was a huge win). I also really love their loyalty rewards program, every week you stay on as a customer, they give you something free. For my second week, I received 5 free green juices, which was such a nice surprise and made me feel appreciated as a customer.
Their customer service is solid and very responsive. I had a minor issue with my order and simply texted them, they took care of it right away, no hassle at all.
The weekly meal selection has a lot of variety, with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a new menu to choose from each week so it doesn’t feel repetitive. Overall, this service has made eating healthy incredibly easy and convenient.
As for cons: sometimes the communication feels a bit excessive, the multiple texts and emails can be a little much. Also, after the initial intro offer, it can get a bit pricey.
That said, the quality, convenience, and service have made it worth it for me. If you’re looking for a reliable meal prep service with great variety and customer care, this is a strong option.

First and only time using a meal prep service, and was loyal for a year. Overall, I was impressed. Lost 15 pounds I didn’t know I had in a few weeks and slowly put half of it back on in muscle.
Meals were great. As an anti-microwaver, I heated nearly every meal in a skillet and could not tell I was eating (essentially) leftovers. Great flavors, tender meat, and always something new. High-quality ingredients, and I was never bogged down after a meal. Cannot recall any issues from any of my 300+ of meals.
Everything was good. I’m not huge on fish, but I always get one for the joints, and they were always delicious. Sear that salmon in the skillet with those blistered tomatoes, mmmmmm.
Pro tip, fry the potatoes in bacon grease,
And those breakfast brownies, my gosh…..
The meals come fresh, but they freeze well if needed. Stir the cream sauces well, and they’ll sprout back to life.
Juices were good, too. Seemed expensive, but I stuck with them because my gut health noticeably improved when taking them. I’d drink half of one here, half there to spread the nutrients out. Ghost pepper juice is oddly irresistible…and my wife loved the beet juice. Honestly, they were all a treat.
If there are any potential drawbacks, I would say some meals are slightly overpriced (at full price) and I’d occasionally question the protein content claims, but when you factor in the loyalty program, quality of meals, and your gians, MPS is a good value overall.
Their app and site are OK (easy to use and improving), and their ticket center can be a little wonky, but they always handled any rare issue I had to my satisfaction.

I’ve tried several meal delivery services like Factor and Cook Unity, and I have to say Meal Prep Sunday stands out, especially when it comes to quality. The meals feel homemade and fresh, and I love that they’re locally made right here in San Diego. The intro price is great (around $5 per meal), and while it jumps up to about $13 after that, the value and taste are still worth it to me. I also really appreciate their sustainability aspect, they let you leave your previous week’s cooler bag and freezer pack out for pickup, which means less waste. My only gripe is the website…it’s not super user-friendly and can be a little frustrating to navigate. Also, the emails and texts are a bit much; it feels a little pushy at times. That said, the optional fitness app is a fun bonus and the food choices are consistently great. If you’re looking for a locally made, tasty meal prep option, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.

I just want to say I have never had such great Customer Service,Meal Prep Sunday is amazing from the start. I’m asking questions through text message. I get a phone call to help me Even further. They make it super easy to do. I love getting messages from my chef on ideas for food., And as for the food oh my gosh it’s amazing. Been doing it now for almost 4 weeks. I haven’t had one meal that I did not like and it’s all different. I used to have factor and my meals were not coming in that good anymore and I’m so glad I switched. I’m saving money and I’m getting great quality food and excellent customer thank you to everyone !!
