I would not recommend this franchise location unless your ready for extremely poor customer service. My family and I stopped by after work for a treat, the tone given ( disapproving) while ordering was apparent, then we get to the window to pay and the employee was short, snappy, truely looked like she hated her job. She takes my payment, hands me our order and as I take the last item, I tell her thank you as she slams the window and walks away.
I honk my horn, she returns to the window and I ask her if I offended her in any way, or did something to cause her to treat us so rudely, I told her that I said Thank you and you slammed the window. Then she was even more rude then before.
I’ll make sure to share this with the corporate office for the franchise as well as the owner.

Hello I ordered A burger and when I got it The bun was stale. The fries were cold and the burger was made as someone was really mad. This would be the last time I go to this this restaurant $15 for this hamburger and french fries just completely completely just ruined. The fact of just eating a hamburger, it sucked ruined my day. I expected this hamburger to be actually pretty good cause my mouth is watering when I looked On the menu well I guess what do you know this is what you get from going to Dairy Queen yeah I would. This wouldn’t be my first choice to be honest.

Customer Service is dead. 1 employee was on the phone. Then they turned off the drive up lights 20min before they closed. Just another tactic to detour customers. Ordered banana split and half the banana is missing. Menu Pictures are definitely misleading.

They are getting very bad , last time the typist in the 4 strip chicken strip basket the bread was not even toasted it was in half but broken, and we didn’t even get gravy. Last well they didn’t have bananas for the banana split, they said if I wanted it without the bananas lol.
I ordered a banana split today 6/24/22 literally the banana split only had 2 strawberries and a splash of pineapple, they’re getting worse every day. So ridiculous paying so much for 2 strawberries and half of a banana.

Their sign has always said they close at 10PM, I Called twice before driving 20 miles to confirm they would be open because they have done this to me before. I pulled up to the speaker at 9:40PM and got no response, I pulled up to the window and the employee was just standing there “cleaning” acting as if she didn’t see me and my friend in our car.

Every time my son wants to purchase something here, the service is slow!! They don’t greet you at the drive-thru speakerphone and sometimes it takes them up to 5 min or more to acknowledge you are there. The food is sometimes fresh but most of the time he gets lukewarm fries. People are friendly enough but today, while waiting for our food, I had our window closed due to all the fumes around us. I Wasn’t paying attention because it had already been five minutes waiting and didn’t realize they were ready to pass the food to us and the lady start yelling hello at me. And then she just leaves the food on the counter without giving it to me when I noticed her, she just walked away. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️.

They gave me the two parfaits and had me pull into the waiting spot, 30 minutes later they gave me my four blizzards, which were already melted when they handed them to me. The manager didn’t say and thing and walked away.
