Our orders are usually wrong in some way, be it toppings, crust, and what not…Its still good pizza but gets really old…on the bright side we get discounts and free pizza when we notify them of the mistakes. The Dominos on Dayton-Xenia road is much better and usually always gets orders right, an extra few minute drive is sometimes worth it.

Typically Domino’s is my go to pizza, but last night I received the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. So disappointing. I felt like I threw money away. I probably won’t try that again if this is their new standard.

A very regular customer. Have a large family so orders tend to run around 50 bucks or so. Tonight I ordered, we waited, app said food was done. We were waiting outside for at least another 20 minutes for curbside carryout. Get home and realize that I was given garlic instead of marinara. My pizza is nasty, the crust is hard and dry, there’s very little sauce, and my hoagie is the saddest, driest hoagie I’ve ever seen. I think it’s about time for my family to take our business elsewhere. Not very happy anymore and I’ve given multiple chances

Sept 5th at 1730, I ordered a $34 meal to be delivered. Took my credit card info. Waited an hour. Noone showed for delivery. The individual gave me no real answers… I asked for a manager. He said sure and hung up on me. Then I called the 1800 number on the website for complaints. After 5 minute spill, told me to call the store.

Don’t pay for extra cheese! You won’t get it!! This is the 5th or 6th time in a row that we’ve paid for it and not received it. I called the store to complain this evening and was told by the young man who answered the phone “I personally made that pizza and I know I put extra cheese on it”… This Domino’s Pizza location has gone down hill in the past several months. You can see straight through to the crust on this pizza.

I ordered on line. When I went to pick up my pizza they didn’t have record of my order, but deducted the money from my bank account anyway. They said sorry, that happens sometime, tell your bank to check into it.
