We went for lunch. And we have cold cut combo, spicy Italian. Everything was fresh and made to are liking. The restaurant is clean and the people are friendly. I like subway instead of Jersey Mike’s. We will be back. It’s worth the money thank you Wes from Hawaii. Mililani Hawaii 2025

Hands down the best Subway I have been to on the island. First and foremost they have a bathroom for the customers unlike the one in Wahiawa and the one in Kapolei in the Target shopping center! The staff was nice and prompt! Overall the atmosphere was great! My new favorite location for Subway on the island!

I made an online order. One of the items was a protein bowl with double protein. Got all the way home and there is NO protein in the protein bowl at all. ♀️ there just really is no excuse for something like that. None at all. I called to seek a refund and was told the manager would call. Next day called to follow up and still no manager. The staff I spoke to was nice enough but I shouldn’t have to go through all of this hassle to get what I paid for.

I went in to buy a subway and the black olives were spoiled. I usually always get it but it tasted so bad and mushy which made me throw my whole sandwich away which made me pretty upset because i was hungry and spent my last couple dollars on that sandwich. Also the customer service was very ignorant and make u feel in a rush and not friendly. Everytime i go to this subway they make you feel in a rush and are so stingy with the veggies lol.. definitely won’t be coming back, also they don’t accept coupons. I’m letting my friends and family know where to not go now.

Better to order online and pick up in store versus dealing with the lines as this location gets busy around lunch and dinner times. The staff are nice and the orders were prepared in a timely manner. Clean store with lots of indoor seating. Parking is tight but not impossible.

Walked in and immediately greeted by the employees. There was one other customer in there and we all were conversing and it was a great atmosphere. Wasn’t sure what I wanted and the gentleman recommended the Italian BMT as it was the sub of the day. It was a great choice and was perfectly made. Also got the broccoli and cheddar soup at his recommendation and it’s 10/10.

Great experience! The two employees where cleaning the counters when we came in and then put clean gloves on and gave fantastic and quick service. They were overly friendly to us and so organized! I wish they had name tags on so I could give the credit for being super great. 9/30/2020 @ 4:30pm A+, Thank you!

I recently visited Subway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The employee who took my order was wearing airpods and seemed completely disengaged from the task at hand. As a result, my order was completely messed up. Not only did they forget to include several of the toppings I had requested, but they also added ones that I specifically asked to be left off.
To make matters worse, when I pointed out the error, the employee simply took the lettuce off my sandwich and put it back in the bin for reuse. This was completely unsanitary and completely unacceptable. It was clear that the employee was more interested in listening to their music than paying attention to their job.
I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for cleanliness was a major turnoff. I will definitely be finding a different place to get my sandwiches from now on.

After standing in line for a good 20+ minutes with only a 3 people in front of us neither of the 2 workers were in a hurry to assist customers at all. We watched as one was actually doing her job and the other was counting the tips in the tip jar-this is when one customer got out of line and left the store. The 2nd employee then told the one working she was going to take her brake as we stood there. Finally she came and asked us what bread we wanted and got those laying them on the counter and asked her coworker if she had it from there. It took us less time to sit down and enjoy our food than it did to order it. Definitely won’t be going back to this location.
