Food is great. Line crew was patient and attentive to every customer I saw. Substitutions were politely accepted. Rice, guacamole, and veggies were full and fresh even at 7:30pm on a Friday. Cashier was polite and efficient.
Floors and tables were clean. Actively cleaned in between waves of customers. It’s hard to fault the staff for other people being messy and disgusting. Especially when they’re busy at their stations.
Not the fastest food. Sometimes orders aren’t perfect every time. It seemed like every attempt was made to work together and make good food.

The place was so disgusting that after waiting in line I decided not to order. The sofritas were so dry and old, looks like they’d been sitting all day. The kids working were definitely working hard, but it was a mess and seemed unsanitary.

We ordered Chipotle to go and when we got home (after driving about 15 minutes each way), we realized the entire order in the bag with our name on it was completely wrong. The food we received looked fine quality-wise, but it wasn’t what we ordered at all, which made the trip pretty frustrating.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t even eat the burrito bowl because of the ingredients that were in it, so it ended up going to waste. The only thing I was able to have from the order was the queso and chips.

What made it worse is that there’s really no way to resolve it with the actual restaurant. Calling the location just routes you through a generic corporate phone system that doesn’t allow you to speak with anyone at that specific store. When an order is wrong, it would really help to be able to talk to someone directly at the location instead of navigating a system that can’t actually fix the problem.

I’m confused by all the negative posts here (maybe I was lucky), more so concerned about reviews about people’s $23-25 bowls – what in the world are you ordering?

I ordered at noon on the app, picked up via Chipotlane @ 12:20 as expected. Food was great, normal portion compared to every other Chipotle I’ve ever been to. My brief interaction with staff was pleasant and courteous. Glad to have a new location so close to home – will be back.

Ordered online a burrito bowl with carnitas and a extra order of carne asada and all I get was 2 small peices of steak and half a scoop of pork! Paid $23 for a small bowl of rice!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Will not ever go to Chipotle ever again and dont suggest anyone else do either. Go to Moe’s for qudoba!!

I have been to many chipotle in my life and ever since this new one opened, I’ve noticed horrible customer service and incompetent staff each time. I ordered take out on app and when they didn’t give me utensils I asked for them and she looked at me like I was crazy for asking for utensils and napkins a. This should be automatic with any pick up order and if you forget to put in that’s one thing but she acted like it wasn’t her job to give me a damn fork. Hire better staff or train better.

I know they just opened a while ago but holy smokes, worst Chipotle experience of my life. Ordered at noon which should be freshest food in theory and received what looked to be day old brown guac, stale chips, extremely overcooked barely edible dry and crumbly carne asada and steak on my wife’s bowl. Also super skimpy portions on hers. Do better guys. Come on.

Avoid this location. You’re better off going to the one about 8 minutes down the road on 146th. During one of their first days open, I received the smallest portion and coldest food I’ve ever had from a Chipotle—and I’ve been a regular customer for years.

Everyone was very friendly, but good service should also include providing customers with adequate portions. My bowl and chips cost $14.28, while other locations charge around $13.28 for the same order. I really wanted to enjoy this new location since it’s right next door, but unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. I am literally still hungry after eating a $15 lunch LOL what a joke…

We went during the IU BOGO promotion and the line was long but it went smooth. We were in and out in less than half an hour and the employees were friendly and efficient. Food was great! The red chimichurri is so good, especially with the barbacoa.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been at this new location. Our first time we ordered mobile. Once we picked up the dinner order (had to wait 15 more minutes than quoted) we realized 2/3 orders were made wrong. Tonight, a couple weeks since our first experience, we went inside since the mobile order was wrong the first time. As soon as we walked in there were 4 groups of people waiting. The woman, assuming manager, said they were closing the line for 10 minutes to get caught up on mobile orders. There were 4 workers so we waited. And waited. The woman went to the main door and locked it; it was only 7:10 pm. 2 groups walked out. After 30 minutes, and 2 groups still waiting we left without ordering. There is no type of organization system and it was a mess. Unfortunate as with better management and training they should be bustling with business and happy costumers.
