First walked in there was a great vibe to start and decor made it very cozy. The ramen and drink hot the spot for this cold (I’m Texan) weather. The staff were great! We enjoyed the show two specific staff members at the bar put on while we were there. A+ for the drama.

First time. Enjoyed Ramen and vegitarian bao buns. Friendly staff and clean location with free parking.
Nice place to grab food with friends or a date.

The good: the atmosphere is cool and tranquil. Its a nice spot to hangout. Overall, the service was okay and everyone was pleasant and helpful. Their flavored eggs are delightful. The presentation of the dishes was nice.
The bad: The prices for some of the dishes is questionable for what you get. Especially the bento boxes. Not a good value overall.
The ugly: The food was not good. We got the pork buns, kung Pao buns, the umami ramen, the noodle trio, and the salmon bento.
The kung Pao buns were exceptionally dry and had no flavor. The sauce was just oil and couldn’t save the buns at all. They were to the point were they were borderline inedible.
The salmon bentos saving grace was the sauce, but the salmon was also dry. For the portion and serving, the price was too much.
The noodle trio is tough. Some portions were okay, but overall, everything had an unbalanced flavor. If you were blind folded, you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference of each dish.
As for the other dishes, the rest of the group didn’t finish. We unanimously were in agreement that the value was not good and the flavor of the food left much to be desired. You can do much better at other ramen spots, especially for the price. Can’t recommend this spot in good conscience knowing there’s better spots around the city.

It was our first time at Y Noodle & Bar and the food was absolutely delicious. Fresh, flavorful and really enjoyable. We truly loved the food. The only downside was the service. Our waitress was nice, but we felt like we had to constantly grab her attention and wished she had been a bit more attentive. Overall, great food and a place we’d come back to, just hoping for better service next time.

One of the few Japanese places that has good drinks and wagyu tartare. The wagyu tartare was nicely seasoned and exquisite. The thai ice tea banana milk cocktail was to die for. It was delicious and surprisingly well balanced and immediately became one of our fav drinks. Overall all the cocktails that we tried were good. They also offer a 3-noodle sampler dish that has miso, spicy miso, and shoyu ramen with side dishes. All in all, everything I tried was delicious and the waiter was delightful. Great atmosphere. We went there around 5 pm and didn’t wait much. But I could see the place was getting busy around dinner time after 6 pm.

I don’t know how the Chicken Karaage can be both raw and burnt. Possibly the worst thing I’ve ever eaten , absolutely rancid stuff, please see images, can’t believe I paid 30 dollars for this and some buns

I recently dined here with my friend and was disappointed with the experience. My friend ordered the veggie ramen, which the server told her was vegan and then it came out with an egg in it. They apologized and then it took a while for a new bowl to come out. I also found the service to be subpar. While I appreciate it when servers are easygoing, they were almost too laidback and the vibes just felt off. I tried the you po noodles which were good but not great. I also came here a while ago and remember the food lacking flavor. I don’t think I will be coming back here.

Walked across street from Moniker.
Daja and Nore were awesome!
Had some laughs and made me feel at home.
Food also. Got a couple entrees to go. Both appetizers i had in house were better than expected. And I was expecting good to begin with.

Went as a group and we all really enjoyed it! I loved the takoyaki, they were beautifully cooked nice and crispy. If you’re not against trying new things or if you like octopus I recommend you try! The appetizers were great and the staff was attentive and friendly. The ramen was super delicious and the soup dumplings were very good as well. The drinks were actually very delicious as well and we did not skip out on the dessert!
