Service was quick and friendly. Food tasted great. Price was very reasonable. I’ll go back. (I ate the Patty Melt, and others in the group had Chef Salads and Fried Catfish Specials. I went back again for the Chef Salad. I would put it up against any that I’ve had in the best national chain restaurants. Really nice place.

I. Love. This. Place. Been coming here off and on for nearly 20 years and I still love the spirit of the place. Simple, no pressure, and it really comes down to all about what you want. Wished there were more hometown places like this.

We went despite the reviews of servers being trashy or young. Let me tell you we went for dinner (08/09/2022) and seen a young girl probably 16-18 and a young man about the same age. The young man came up to us smile and everything u see from an ideal server. We all got sweet teas (4 of us) it was very good, 2 of us had gotten the smothered hamburger steak special, the young man helped us with all that came on it and everything and made sure he wrote it just how we wanted it. The other 2 of us had gotten the Double mushroom Swiss burger. FOOD I WISH I COULD GIVE IT A MILLION STARS! SERVICE IS THE SAME WAY! drinks were never empty, we were offered pie but too full to try it! We will be going again soon to try breakfast! Don’t listen to the haters this place is awesome and would recommend to anyone! Go try it for yourself!

It’s not great. The staff are friendly but a lot of the time it takes forever to get your food, and when you do get it there’s no guarantee it’s going to be hot. Breakfast is just your standard cafe breakfast nothing special, and I wouldn’t recommend eating lunch or dinner here. I’ve never had good experiences with that. If you’re looking for a good cafe I recommend Miss Mary’s in Gentry. Everything I’ve eaten there has been great.

The servers were very nice and accommodating. I thought the meal was a little expensive for what we had. The restaurant appeared to be a bit disorganized and our food took more than 45 minutes maybe closer to 50 minutes to come out and with a three year old and five year old that’s a little long. To top that off, the orders were wrong.
I would go back since I don’t judge the restaurant by one visit, but I sure hope they’re a little better next time

I’ve been past here plenty, but never had the time to stop. My company now has a job in Decatur and was finally able to come in. the waitresses are very sweet and know the menu quite well. I had the Thursday special(roast beef). All in all, a very pleasurable experience and will return if i am able.

Went at lunch, service was good, waited about 20ish minutes for food. Got the fish sandwich and it was hot and fresh and very yummy! I also got thr curly fries ans those are some of the best curtly fries I’ve ever had! Definitely a good place for some good food!
