Just want to start by saying I know mistakes happen. Just make sure to repeat and check your order at this location I ordered a sausage wake up wrap, a blueberry muffin, a Large iced latte with extra syrup, and a 3ct valentine donut holes. What I got : a medium iced latte with extra syrup, chocolate donut holes, a bacon wrap, and a raw blueberry muffin.
Everyone was super nice the girl at the window especially. Gave me the right valentine donut holes, offered to remake my drink, and remade my wrap to sausage. I didn’t notice the muffin until I already left and I called and let them know bc I’m pregnant and definitely don’t want other people getting raw muffins. She asked if I could bring it back to take pictures but did not have time. I think most of this stemmed from my order being taken wrong bc all my labels were wrong. Either way they did what they could . Just make sure to repeat your order back

Got a cute little halloween donut and it tasted delicious! The donut was so soft on the inside and had a great flavor. The staff was also super nice!

I feel bad writing a poor review but this is getting ridiculous. Dunkin has a promotion going for the $6 meal deal which includes a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Every single time i come to this dunkin they are out of plain bagels before noon. Now you would think they would order more stock because this is a reoccurring issue AND there’s a promo that inclines more people to buy plain bagels but no. For some reason, it seems yall don’t know how to run an establishment and it’s extremely frustrating. I don’t have this issue at any other Dunkin in the area. PLEASE, teach your employees and managers how to order stock because they are horrible at it. Not to mention i got my drink without creamer yesterday? i didn’t complain because i hate being that person but i had to dump out a full large coffee because i couldn’t stomach it anymore. It’s not my job to tell yall how to make a coffee right when the instructions are right in front of your face. Im a customer not an employee. Just do better. I shouldn’t have to tell yall how to work at a job ive never personally worked at. yall stay ruining my morning.

Your typical Dunkin, inconsistent coffee orders. Never know how it’s going to be made. Word of advice, if you make a coffee and it’s almost white, you did it wrong. It’s very annoying to get flavored milk when you ordered a coffee with ONE cream. I don’t love Starbucks but one thing I can say is the coffee is always consistent, plus it’s just right down the road. If you love flavored milk, then you’ll be happy here.

If you visit nd there’s no one present atda counter, you’ll notice they have kiosk ordering available. I’m not a fan of those instruments but if ur familiar with kiosk, yu may wanna just use it to avoid being ignored by staff, as I was. It appears they want customers 2get use to not being served by a live person. Also, I’d say if yu order baked goods, keep an eye out for which item is chosen nd from where bc if the person is inconveniently reaching back over pastries upfront 2grab one from way inda back, yu might lose sum freshness if shelf expiring time is in mind. I normally don’t leave rates and I really don’t like to complain. My issue has been whether I order online or I order at the window you guys always forget the bacon on the avocado toast. Legitimately four out of five times. It’s ridiculous I now have to make a point on checking my toast to make sure the order is correct. It says it right on the label on top of the box and yet i always need to either sit in the Drive-Thru and check my food or park and come inside to get it corrected. If it’s a one-off or an occasional thing it’s not that big of a deal but it’s a lot more consistent than that. The drinks you guys craft are amazing and the service is polite and friendly I just wish the team would pay more attention to what they’re doing. If I’m paying for an additive I expect it to be there. And the fact you have to pay for a pup cup is atrocious.

Consistently great coffee, sometimes hit or miss with the fresh donuts, and the staff never really smile or make you feel welcomed. I understand it is just a regular job in a coffee shop but maybe smile at your patrons once in a while. Either way, their coffee is always superb!

This is the Dunkin close to my home so I always go here but it’s bogus they charge 2 dollars for this amount of bacon. I mean at least spread it out to make it look like it’s more. I get it’s probably the amount that usually comes on it but why just pile it in the middle like that. The peach refresher I get is always great though.

Went through the drive thru’. Ordered 2 coffees one peppermint mocha other white chocolate something. I asked for cream and sugar, I didn’t specify. Gave the kid a 7$ he gave me change no receipt. A while later a young lady hands me my two coffees.
One is flat out cold, a hint of coffee flavor no sugar. But just cold bad.
The other is meek warm but sour, like the cream has gone bad or something.
Tried calling about my experience, no one answered. So now I’m typing and I’m not the kind of person to do this. Just awful.
