I used to really enjoy going here on the weekends but since the snack wraps went away and the $6 meal deal came back, every weekend for the past couple months my bagel and croissant have been incredibly burnt and genuinely not good. I really only like the coffee, but that’s a pretty expensive cup of coffee to not enjoy my breakfast.

Any time I get anything from this Dunkin, my order is almost always wrong, no matter how simple the order. Save yourself the hassle and get your coffee elsewhere.
Updated to add: ordered a hot chocolate with coconut. Asked if that’s what it was at the window. Was assured that it was. Got to work, and it was black coffee.

So I am a person that goes to Dunkin,and it has pretty good food. Donuts,perfect and taste,maybe a bit or a lot more expensive but there good. Coffee, pretty good,fast and fresh. The only problem I have is that not to be offensive, but a few workers have VERY strong accents and it’s hard for me to always understand and when I ask they get mad. Then the table aren’t always very clean and there was a little girl running around and kept insulting one of the 18 or 20 ish year old workers because she was being nice and was making ordering very clear. I also saw this girl touching some doughnuts that people might have bought wich is gross

I’m a daily Dunkin customer. Normally it’s complaint free. However, since the manager has been out on disability it has gone downhill. Yesterday three employees were around drive thru window, I ordered frosted donuts which I have always asked to be placed in a box, they usually just throw them in a bag and the frosting sticks to the bag. They have the boxes for a reason right?…. The one employee was talking shit when I approached the window mimicking how I would like them in a box. I let it go. But this morning, the same three employees again. I was given my donut and proceeded to sit there and wait over 4 minutes for my coffee. All three employees stood there chatting and laughing. One of the employees Approached the window and asked me “what do you want?” I said I would like my coffee please. She’s like you didn’t get your coffee????? No one even made it. I live and die on good customer service. Twice in a row, same employees. Sadly I will probably not return to Dunkin. If you are not going to have good customer service then don’t work with the public. And leave the gossip at home.

We stopped in on Mother’s Day so it was busy, but we had great service regardless! Most of the donuts were sold out including what we ordered, but the staff were very friendly and substituted great alternatives! When deciding how to rate service , the first thing I take into consideration is how people treat me and their attitudes. Food can be replaced or substituted, but genuinely friendly service cannot be faked! Thank you so much for making a great morning for us. We will be back!!!

This is the worst Dunkin, and I almost never go here anymore. I went through the drive thru, and was told while trying to place my order, that I needed to park my car and come inside to place my order. All I wanted was a coffee and a donut! Lol. They understand what you’re telling them at the drive thru now, but beware, I got quite a jump scare the other day, their speaker is so loud, she sounded like she screamed at me! Haha it made me jump! It’s always packed and busy. And they don’t get your order on your specialty coffee just right. Not a horrible place, not my favorite location. It is what it is tho.
