We catered our wedding through them, and the food was so incredible that we ended up eating there every time we visited! They were extremely accommodating, great to work with, and set everything up beautifully for our big day.
Literally everyone loved the food, everything was fresh, flavorful, and nothing was dry (we kept it there for 2hrs before serving). We served pernil, bistec, and pollo guisado, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting it. The biggest standouts were the rice and the chicken; people went back for seconds and thirds, and we ran out so fast because everyone loved it and many people asked where.

Let me start with , The food was very tasty, However I was Extremely disappointed when I received my delivery and opened the platter. For the price, the portion was very small. I ordered baked chicken with rice and beans. I received a huge portion of rice but one little piece of chicken. I would think for a dinner you would at least receive 2 pieces to say the least. ItIm not sure if this is the norm for La Familia Or it being the end of the day items were limited but I was very disappointed. I will order from them again as the food was tasty, but maybe I would just go in person instead of delivery, not sure if that will make a difference but I will see. Other than the portion I was pleased.

If you’re looking for a quick affordable and tasty Spanish meal, this is the spot. Also some grocery options. Great customer service. I think it was $10 per box of food. Personally it should be like $7.99 or so for the portion, but again… it’s not a super busy spot so I get it.

This is a little grocery store that serves amazing food. I haven’t had great Puerto Rican food since my days up north. The food is is descently priced and enough for 2 meals. customer service is top-notch. Everyone was friendly. I don’t speak Spanish, but I didn’t have any issues because everyone spoke English. If you’re in the mood for some good Latin food, you will not be disappointed to visit this little hidden gem.
