This place is REALLY fast and the employees here are REALLY cool and polite! I’ve ordered from this location 3 times since I’ve been here in Burlington for a week long class and this place is awesome!!! I always make sure to give them extra tip and thank them! They really do a great job given how BUST they stay!!! Please be kind to them and they’ll take good care of you!

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had with any dominos ever. After seeing employees sit on the counter where food goes, light a cigarette inside the store, talking about their work ethic for everyone to hear, and even someone twerking on an employee… not to mention all of the food came completely burnt, my brother got food poisoning, and when I called the manger he told me that I was in the wrong and that none of it happened. WORST DOMINOS IN THE DAMN STATE YALL

I did curbside pickup which was a great feature .. The pizza I ordered was not even hot when I got it . By the time I got home I had to reheat the pizza. The worst part was that one of the three pies I got was burnt on most of the edges and the bottom of the pie. You could actually taste the burn. Totally disappointing.

I ordered a pizza half extra cheese, it was delivered burned , the entire cheese was almost covered in burned cheese black. I called and they told me they were going to send another one. I waited 40 minutes and nothing so I called and a rude employee answered and told me my food was being made and that it was gonna be here shortly. After another 20 minute wait I called and asked if I was going to get my pizza or else just refund me my money because at that point I wasn’t as hungry anymore. So about an hour and 10 minutes after I had called about my burned pizza I got it, just to see it was burned again. Not as much as the first one but it was still burned. Worst experience ever! Won’t order from here again

Be prepared to wait. Placed my order 20 minutes before arriving then had to sit and wait for another 20 minutes. I ordered 5 items and they didn’t start making parts of it until after I had been sitting there for 10 minutes. They weren’t even busy because then I would give them a pass.

The service was horrible and horrible attitude, especially on the phone. The worker that answered the call had an attitude the whole time and hung up on me. The pizza I ordered looked horrible and not cooked and they didn’t put any sauce on there either. The manager on the phone was very disrespectful as well.

Ordered on the app c.1715 for delivery to 55+ apartment building. App reported pizza was delivered at 17.47. Looked all over facility. No-one seemed to have it. Phoned store at 18.15. First grouchy guy put me on hold for 15 minutes. Redialled. Second guy spoke to first guy who had recognised my phone number from the incorrect delivery and had put me on hold to avoid me. He said something in background about knowing it had not been delivered correctly (apparently handed it to some building employe who thought ‘free pizza’). First guy came back on and offered free pizza in 15 minutes. By then it was like 18.45. We were hungry and had already ordered something else from another shop by then. I told him to refund the payment (which included generous tip). He said okay and hung up.
BTW when reporting a problem the app offered choice of two free things as options ‘to make it right’ but did not include ‘refund payment’ so clicking ‘neither of these options’ meant I got nothing as compensation. I filed with the bank for a refund on the card (but that comes out of the bank, not the vendor).
Also the app gets you to include a tip at time of order. I will never do this again. No delivery = no tip. I’ll tip in cash when/if the order’s in my hand and on time.
I would not recommend this particular Domino’s to anyone. People like these have no concept of ‘customer service’ which is about SERVING the customer. You don’t get to complain or take retaliatory action if you don’t do your job in the first place. I’ll bet that delivery guy is thinking he’ll never deliver to our facility again. We say good riddance.
