Really disappointed with this visit as I don’t usually have issues with this location. I waited in my car till I got the notification that my pizza was ready, so when I came inside, I expected to be in and out with my pizza. Now I initially wasn’t on a time crunch, but that…quickly changed as I came into a line of people waiting to either order or pick up and order. The employee servicing the till would intermittently move some boxes around and help a guest, like once every 10 minutes. Now, the most annoying part about this wait is that my pizza was ready the whole time!!! I could literally see my pizza just sitting there while I was not being served. On top of that, the employee working the register also had both earbuds in! I’m usually pretty lax about that and don’t really care if service employees listen to music while helping guests, but the fact that the service was slow as snails on top of it rubbed me the wrong way.
I want to make sure that it’s known that this isn’t necessarily a dog on the employees, more so on management, for letting it be what seemed to just be 2 employees running the store during peak times of the day.
Now, after all of that, and finally getting my pizza, I will say it was pretty good. Worth the wait? No. But still in relativity, for “fast”(not in this instance) food, pizza was a great pie. I’d highly recommend the pan pizza

June 23, 2025 Ordered at 9:58pm and saw the pizza was ready in less than 10min, which now looking back should’ve been concerning. I’m so disappointed, my older brother worked at papa johns in our late teens so I have had SO much pizza from other papa john’s. This is my first time at this location and it was by far the WORST pizza I’ve ever had from a papa john’s! The pizza was VERY under cooked and there was SOO much cheese that it was inedible and I triple checked the topping setting before placing the order online, especially after the add-on for extra cheese popped up I made sure it didn’t select it. I’ve never gotten a terrible pizza from this company before and have ordered from different locations in multiple states so I’m frustrated that I didn’t read the reviews first but I really wouldn’t have expected this before tonight. I know it’s a franchise but you’d think the company would care since this is supposedly their “first store”.

Walked in and asked for my order. They said it was in the oven. Waited 15 minutes and asked how much longer and was told they had just put it in. Mind you this is the 3rd time this exact thing has happened. Employees are on their phones and basically doing nothing while I wait for food . I will drive to New Albany Papa John’s next time. This store is a joke.

Ordered several pizzas in the afternoon for a 6 o’clock delivery. Didn’t arrive so called the store and was told they were running a bit behind but our order would be there shortly. Called again at 7 PM and was told pizzas were cooking and they would be there shortly. Called at 7:30 and was given another excuse. Cancelled the order at that point much to the dismay of the lady answering the phone who responded with, “it’s almost done. Are you sure?” Avoid this store! I understand it’s cheap pizza but that is meaningless if the pizza doesn’t actually get delivered. The store is poorly run and not honest with customers. Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered a Pizza and didn’t realize I had fully removed sauce from the base. Usually, I would receive a pop-up questioning my decision, but I assume an app flaw resulted in this. I admit this could arguably be blamed on me. But, when I received my “pizza”, more than 40% was pure crust, and the rest was cheese and bread.

Really good fast pizza, always being super nice. I’ve never had a problem here. I love papa John’s. We had one hick up were we ordered it online and when my husband when to pick it up they said they were sorry that they messed up (no biggie it didn’t take long) and when my husband asked what was wrong with the pizza. They said they cut it wrong lol (online we asked for squares) they did the usually triangle cut. We didnt really care lol so we took both pizzas and happy cause it’s great pizza

I ordered from the Jeff store tonight… I was charged an arm and a leg for 2 medium pizzas. My dough wasn’t even cooked. The crust was but the bottom of the pizza dough wasn’t, completely raw. My toppings weren’t cooked, but the cheese was melted. Everything slid off the pizza as soon as you picked up a slice. I could only eat the outer crust. Very upset with this store tonight

Whoever in this store thought this was okay to send out they out they freaking mind wth. I wanted it cooked a lil more than usual cause it sometimes still be raw and these workers really burnt my pizza to a crisp and served it like nothing was wrong wit it.
