I’m giving them a 1 because there is no 0. THIS IS AN OFFENSE. My mom bought this cake for my sister’s 15th birthday. We chopped the cake, and one of the girls realized that the cake tasted bad. When we looked, it had mold!!!! I definitely do not recommend this place, for everyone’s safety, do not buy there. That cake was definitely on sale for more than a week for it to be in those offensive conditions. We are going to claim this situation, because if something happens to one of those girls, it’s all your fault. DON’T BUY HERE.

Food & pastries are always good when they get your order right. It took them 3 tries to make 2 egg & cheese croissants.

I love this bakery! The staff is always super helpful, fast, careful with every order, and always willing to help. You can really tell they care — the food is always fresh and delicious. Best cafe x leche in town. Highly recommend!

3rd time I’ve ordered an egg croissant with extra ham and cheese from this location that comes with no extra ham or cheese and missing the eggs… This is unreal!!!

Good experience. A bit of a wait, but it was worth it with how good all the food was. We had empanadas, pastelitos, señoritas de dulce de leche, and a few other things. All great. Shoutout to Ivonne for her excellent service and patience at our big order and messy family that was still deciding while ordering

I bought 10 pandebonos and was shocked to find they were made with what clearly smelled and tasted like rotten cheese. Completely inedible and absolutely unacceptable. Disgusting

Unfriendly, rigid mentality. Went in for coffee, asked if they had regular coffee, was welcomed with a cold “we only serve cuban coffee”.
Then I asked if they could make an americano which is a shot of espresso with hot water and also refused to serve. On my first and only visit I left without coffee and pastelitos. Not trying again

They give you old food from day before. Hard and you can tell its warmed up from the day before. And they separate the fresh ones from the old ones. To get rid of the old ones first.
