This is definitely the worst domino location. The racism is atrocious. I called to inquire about my order that had not been delivered 30 minutes past the time shown at order. I was met with hostility and rudeness being told i needed to apply to be a delivery driver and then hung up on. Hung up numerous times as i attempted to call the store again. Horrible customer service and experience. After calling from another number was able to reach the Manager but still had no resolution. Had to cancel my order and cook my own dinner. Not worth the hassle and effort and definitely not worth 85 dollars!

Horrible location‼️ never will visit this location again! Lied about my pizza not being ready then gave me a cold pizza;no sauce; not only that;no crust topping, barely any cheese and but the butter on the crust right before they handed it to me could see the drizzle line. This was the Parmesan stuffed crust without Parmesan and pizza look dried out I want people to know beyond a shadow of a doubt this was the one on east broad street and not the first time they messed up a pizza of mine. This is why I don’t normally frequent this location and it always be guys working there when the food come out messed up

A sad, sad once great company. This franchise is truly bringing down the entire brand.
The driver took 36 minutes to drive 4.3 miles. The Domino’s website tracker indicated when he left. 36 minutes isn’t how long from ordering to deliver. It was 36 minutes AFTER their system showed the driver was on his way.
Of course we input our credit card info in the system and when the driver arrived he wanted CASH!
This whole business is broken.
Once we got the food they didn’t even CUT the pizza! They left OUT the Caesar Salad Dressing too! See photo.

This location has a delivery driver who has repeatedly texted guys after their delivery trying to hit on them. A friend of mine has this experience and the driver showed back up at the house and just hung out in his driveway for a while before leaving. When it was brought up at the store everyone including the manager were out back smoking a blunt with not one employee inside. When the manager was told it was very clear he had feelings for this driver and was upset by this info for the wrong reasons. Called the cops and had the victim banned from that location. If it was a female in this situation I have a feeling the drivers stalking would be taken more seriously.

No one answers the phone at night when I get off work. Missing items and all they can tell you is sorry like no I want what I paid for. I work hard for my money and mot wasting my money and food looked terrible.

Brian the manager is rude and incompetent. Food was cold and not all delivered. Had to wait an hour longer for cold wings with sauce just drizzled on top. Had to drive to the store to get a refund and he couldn’t even do that properly.
