Ordered $150 worth of food 1 day before to be picked up at 2:30pm. They proceed to call me at 1pm saying my food is ready. I tell them they made a mistake with the time. I arrive 230pm, asking them if they remade the food. They tell me it’s the same food from 1pm they kept in a warmer and they can’t issue refund since it was paid for yesterday. This place is a joke. Be careful, everyone might be eating old food they’re keeping in warmer.

Delicious food very good Hawaiian BBQ plate lunch. It’s not pongos or zippys. Or even Oahus very own Land L but it decent and the bbq taste is there. I really enjoyed the service food and atmosphere.

Big portions but taste wise not so good. The chicken katsu was terrible. Also they have a surcharge for using credit cards. There is a small handwritten notice in front of the cashier but they will not tell you before you use your card.

Stopped in for a quick snack and decided to try their new bbq chicken skewers. They were absolutely perfect. Spicy but with a note of teriyaki. Just a perfect snack! I recommend you get a few. The staff here is exceedingly friendly and efficient. They make a point to greet customers very warmly.
