I have been hesitant to post this. I really don’t like giving bad reviews but it’s been way to many times! I go to this location at least 5 times a month to get the exact same order , and with the exception of Joana I hope I’m saying her name correctly, she is always so kind. Attentive, she just see my car pulling up and she lready know what I need , always with a smile and ready to help, always hand me my order accurate and fresh!
Unfortunately when she is not the one providing the service the other girls ignore the custumer, when they finally decide to serve you is with a bad attitude, disregarding your questions, talking over the food. Taking for ever for kids meal, forgetting items , talking loud in the background, turning their eyes in the back of their head right in your face. They have deny service just because they don’t want to be bother .
Last time I went when I place the order the girl breathed loud on speaker and just said “aja come around ” and then hand me a stale bread. The chicken was not cook through and the cheese wasn’t even melted., I just left. And leave it that way and trash the whole bag… This whole thing had me so confused that I thought it was personal , but I ask my husband to go get food . Coworkers and they all come back with the same bad experience from the same girls !!
It got to the point that if I don’t know for certain that Joana won’t be there. Then I don’t go. The owner have to address this.

Picked up a crispy chicken sandwich and the inside is RAW. Completely pink and uncooked. Their phone line is disconnected. DO NOT GO HERE.
Will be reporting this location to the boston health department tomorrow morning. From other reviews, it looks like this happens too often to accept.

What is to say… exceptional sodas, probably because they are not done onsite. The rest is a disaster. The sandwiches seem like they have been thrown at the wall before being packed, the meat is so cooked that you could repair half of Boston potholes with them…

We visited on a Saturday late afternoon and the place seems understaffed. They were so busy with the drive-thru, they ignored the customers in the store for a long time.
When a customer complained, the employees response was rude, loud and dismissive. One of them (not the one in the picture) even said she didn’t care, if you don’t come here again- other people will…
The men’s restroom was locked, the impossible whopper was undercooked, and the ketchup dispenser did not work, they did not even ask if we wanted ketchup with the fries.
The mediocre service and employee attitude really compromise the experience :-/
