Today we went back to this location after many years because the cooked dishes were not done as traditional done by Pei Wei, went very bad.
But today we went to try and knew that there is a new owner and tried again.
It was very good as we wanted. It was rice and noodles plates with soy sauce!!
Last times ago, instead, there were “soups” of soy with rice and noodles.
Now we can recommend this place. Vicente, the manager, was very friendly & professional !!

The service was amazing! I ordered a Chicken Pad Thai (buyer beware it is spicy) and unfortunately couldn’t finish it due to the heat. Jose was amazing though and I was able to receive a different meal which satisfied my needs and sated my hunger. 10/10 service and food quality! The staff was so kind and the restaurant is very clean! Definitely coming back amd enjoyed this visit to Pei Wei in Katy. Thank you Jose for making this an amazing dining experience!
